Nice mild day here in Central Scotland so I took the opportunity to go on my bike to get a few things, only covered about 20 miles but I always feel really good afterwards.A perfect ride out on my motorbike ! No moments , carving through a set of bends getting all the lines correctly in the right gear - stuffing any cage driver

That’s the ticket - doesnt really matter how far as long as you enjoy
It - Sunday I went about 15 miles and back to local cafe had a bit of a chinwag with a couple of guys - had a bacon sandwich and returned home the long way

Holidays - have 2 planned for next year.
Days out on the lash with sports thrown in (Twickenham last sat with daughter, will go to Millwall in a few weeks). I usually have to drive to games.
WFH most of the time.
Mowing the lawn - don’t have to think and gets my steps up.

Watching videos of my little dog's life. After losing him the other day, this has been a great comfort. Upsetting at times, but to see him playing with his toys etc, and being such a happy little boy, it makes me smile again.
