If you want reasoned analysis of what SISU are up to, Oldskyblue58 is hard to beat.
If you want surreal comments Bobby Peru is hard to beat.
Sadly both have too many posters who confuse repetition with some form of insight or (God forbid) wit.

I'm not sure what some people's problem is with Thorn. My guess is they're angry at being in League 1, but too stupid to aim their anger at our shocking owners.

The adulation for Thorn is perplexing. It seems that some value the continued employment of the Clueless One at the expense of the club they profess to support.

I was a regular poster for about 2 years. That was until the server problems and also it seems there was more idiots than decent posters. You will see my joining date for here was at the time of the server problems.
Credit to AB for taking us close to the bottom 3 with the squad he had at his disposal? We were losing nearly every game. AT came in and we only lost 2 out of 10 games. This saved us. But you say thanks to AB.

errrrm wasn't a certain Marlon King in that side?In deed and the rest as they say, is History. However, AB had us at depths outside the relegation zone, thorn had us relegated. AB's squad was hardly phenomenal with Platt and Juke upfront - but with those too - we did for a while occupy the upper region of the table - a place never nearly witnessed under your messiah.

THIS. I believe some fans think we want to be anti thorn or negative. If I truly thought he was the answer for the long term future of the club I would back the man to the hilt. I think we need a young fresh approach , this division is full of managers with far more knowledge of this league than thorn, its not his fault, he has been thrown in the deep end by sisu just to save money, i wonder if all those on here backing him will be doing the same in three months? The mans health has failed already, in his own best interests ( he will not accept it is) he should think about whats best for all , but he won't , but your long term health is far more important than money or football. I await the grammar corrections and abuse.
This is also my opinion.Anyone who takes pre-season results seriously is a fool. Didn't Newcastle lose 7-0 to Darlo and then win the Championship?
As Thorn says it's simply an exercise to get players steadily up to match fitness for the seasons KO. I hate it how everyone jumps onto every small detail of what Thorn says and puts some big analysis into it, mountains and mole hills.
