Well yes, if you try to go on about me welcoming sisu at the club. Instead of the context meant which was welcoming them to stay quiet (as opposed to taking credit).

Ie not joy trying to claim credit for it or some fake congratulations to players she probably doesn't know after a day like yesterday which would then just put a dampener on it.

Hence yesterday being because of ccfc, not sisu. I say the same about things like jsbs, sisu and joy shouldn't even mention that as it's despite them not because of them.

Why don't you write to SISU via Tim and state that you welcome SISU to stay as long as they keep quiet. I think you are slightly beginning to lose a grip on reality.

Haven't read through this thread but can't we all just remember that supporting the team does not equate to supporting or loving Sisu. I support what happens on the pitch and given that we have been so starved of success throughout my 25+ years as a fan, I'm not going to miss out on any on the field success for the sake of Sisu.

Football fans live in the moment and its all about the last game, next game and where we are in the league. If as now things are going well SISU are not the issue. Not much SISU out on Saturday. If we loose the next 6 games and sell 3 players before the window closes and replace them with x 3 Darius Henderson's they become the focal point for dissatisfaction again.

The first thought I gave SISU on Saturday was sat watching MOTD with us being the big shock giant killers of the 3rd round and the first game on the running order.
10 years ago City beating Stoke would have not got much of a mention, a 3 minute MOTD slot 10 games in and we'd probably not have got Mark Hughes the sack either, we made headlines because we are a L2 team, we are where we are because of .............

Yesterday those of us who were there witnessed the Coventry City we've longed for for so long and the reason we've hung in there. But we need to get the fans back, and the first stepping stone is in place if we want to move forward from here...so it's time to forget about sisu...time to stop them renting far too much space in our heads. I never went to a single game at Northampton, have never supported sisu in any way, but to continue thinking about them, giving them any credibility of power, which is what we do by staying away, has to stop. They are there, but as the team become more successful, they will recede into nothing more than a feint background noise. But for that to happen we have to stop the battle with them and leave them punching thin air, and eventually they will go away, because we know how they like a fight!! C'mon guys, what a great club we support! We are not sisu, we are Coventry City Football Club.

I'm not angry, I am more confused than anything. One minute you are going at me about something I clearly hadn't said demanding answers trying to be sarcastic about me writing to welcome SISU here and I shouldn't say anything about it?
