I’m not against King - I’m saving my thoughts to after Gyokeres inevitably leaves, then we’ll see King’s intentions
King doesn't have a stadium to sell?Based on what?
King doesn't have a stadium to sell?
He sold Highfield Road and as a consequence left us not owning our own stadium , how's that worked out? What that has to do with Bryan Richardson I’ve no idea. Richardson wouldn’t have even sold the stadium in the end
Well actually it was McGinnity who relinquished our option, that allowed us to own Highfield Road after all, for a cost that was less than its market value. He sold Highfield Road and as a consequence left us not owning our own stadium , how's that worked out?
Robins says stability but he may be trying to keep him sweetI'm prepared to give the guy a chance but let's wait and see how he turns out? We are in a good feel-good place at the moment and don't really see what he has contributed so far?
Hopefully that turns out to be the case. I don't expect the guy to pump in millions. But if we have to sell players (and we will). I just hope the money gets put back into the team.Robins says stability but he may be trying to keep him sweet
That's the best we should hope for. Rely on our income including player sales as our budget. We nearly went out of business overspending just like many other clubs.Hopefully that turns out to be the case. I don't expect the guy to pump in millions. A half decent manager would have got us promotion with the budget Coleman had.If their plan had worked and they had a robins instead of a Coleman who knows!!
Julian Gray. Come on Harry let it go now.He hasn't had any opportunity to do so - and do you mean putting £6.5m of his own money, or £6.5m in purchases (funded from a £15m sale of Julian Gray etc)?
For 1 he allegedly tried to buy the stadium not sell up and leave us not owning anything
For 2 he didn't pull the rug out from under Robins feet as what was done with Strachan on a number of occasions
For 3 he's actually delivered on what he said he would
Hence allegedly but yes you're right, time will tell but I'm a lot more optimistic about the immediate future of the club than I ever was under them cnutsHe didn't try and buy the stadium - he made an "offer" subject to looking at the books which he could then instantly withdraw
Only time will tell what he is all about really

Cov initThe question was who did we feel genuinely optimistic with, not who did we think was crap.
Why turn everything into a negative debate.
