Wigan got smashed 5-0 at home by Rochdale of all teams. They were in the Premier League not too long ago and beat Man City to win the FA Cup if I recall correctly. Now they're bottom of League 1.
Maybe they're protecting their Goal Difference

And you were saying...?I’ve backed PNE 2-0 & 3-0. Can’t see us scoring tonight.
They did recently win at the stadium of shite thoughTbf they are a broken club due to that
Underestimated us or overestimated them but ether way I’m happy to be really wrong. And you were saying...?
Always or just tonight?Underestimated us or overestimated them but ether way I’m happy to be really wrong.
I’m seldom wrong pal.Always or just tonight?
Ironic. Even that statement is wrong.I’m seldom wrong pal.
Is he giving you free spaces to put in your full stops and commas or something?Leave Barnsley alone , he just giving his opinion fairly as well .
You won't be going down this year... No chance, Wednesday, Wycombe and Rotherham for meI’m seldom wrong pal.
I think Wednesday are done, they'll be relegated. Wycombe will go as well.
Which would mean we only have to finish above one of Forest, Derby, Rotherham, QPR.
I think we'll be fine!
We’re beating the teams below us, but our next five games are really difficult, Swansea (a), Huddersfield (H), Rotherham (A), Norwich (A), Swansea (H). Can’t see us getting many points there, two top teams and two derbys hard run of fixtures for us them. You won't be going down this year... No chance, Wednesday, Wycombe and Rotherham for me
Yeah but looking back further they were non league and then relatively recently a league club, who would be around the 4th tier if it wasn't for Dave Whelan.Wigan got smashed 5-0 at home by Rochdale of all teams. Plus most of Wigan hates them because they're all Rugby League folk round there.Yeah but looking back further they were non league and then relatively recently a league club, who would be around the 4th tier if it wasn't for Dave Whelan.
Sheff Utd Southampton and especially Norwich employed this tactic as they rose back up the league's.After the Wycombe player made the tackle the referee was surrounded by about 6 Bournemouth players. He must have told Cooke that he was sending the Wycombe guy of as Cooke nodded at him and then proceeded to push his own team mates back, calling off the possee, before the Wycombe player was shown red. Seems a Bournemouth policy to intimidate the ref. Almost sorry thay Wycombe lost. Would be good to see Bournemouth fail this season
I know, football can be crazy.Gary Monk - 12 points (11 games)
Tony Pulis - 3 points (8 games)
Worked out well.
I know, football can be crazy.
Mark Robins - 13 points (7 games) and most on here are still hoping we avoid
relegation by the skin of our teeth.
