Which way will the transfer market go?
1.All premier/higher placed championship clubs will keep all fring players due to financial loss and poor sale value?
2.All premier/higher placed championship clubs use this as opportunity to buy players that they could not afford last year. Making all fringe players cheaper.?

If Chelsea continue making marquee signings and release all their fringe players, that will be enough to fill all the squads up in the whole of the EFL!

I think it will be club dependent. As a poster has suggested Chelsea will want to keep numbers down so there might be a bargain to be had form their second tier of players. But other clubs who dont have the ability to throw money around like Burnley, Brighton etc. I expect that they will look to buy one or two at bargain prices but will not look to sell their most prized assets in this type of market.
