For me, that still leaves us light in midfield.
Thought the same. Or Ben Davies, although think @Skybluebeliever said a young centre back... Davies probably isn't young in footballing terms.Sepp van den berg possibly. Liverpool mentioned loaning him again
I think they might go back to the original CB target now JCS has gone elsewhere and this could happen quickly as the parent club are keen for it to be sorted
If the midfield stayed as it is now, I'd be happy with Howley and Eccles playing more of a part next season.
Yes think soWas this the loan from a top Premier League side you mentioned?
I thought he played really well v Northampton
We will do , the challenge is to keep it to one and make sure we keep VikI’d be very surprised if we don’t make a big sale this window
Howley looked miles off in his cameo last season.
Sepp van den berg possibly. Liverpool mentioned loaning him again
cant be any good if they wanted JCS moreI think they might go back to the original CB target now JCS has gone elsewhere and this could happen quickly as the parent club are keen for it to be sorted
I know U23s is a completely different standard, but he looked the part in the final against Bristol City. He was a class above. Bapaga was very good, but Howley was the only one I was confident about getting into the first team.Have to say in the games I saw him play he seemed to do quite well. Nothing amazing, but holding his own. It's only my opinion but I think he'll be a top player.
I could live with Hamer leaving for the right fee and some investment across the squad
I think the club knowing JCS and having him for a season and him getting on well with the squad was always going to put him in prime position .cant be any good if they wanted JCS more
Is it a loan centre back from a top 4 team?I think the club knowing JCS and having him for a season and him getting on well with the squad was always going to put him in prime position .
I think there will be a couple of fringe players signed but I think there could be 2/3 loans in these positionsIs that three potential loans at LWB, LCB, and ST then? Just Palmer in permanently?
I assume this would be why Dave Boddy said the goal was to stay up? Minimal investment - are we likely to see more next season? In terms of transfersI think there will be a couple of fringe players signed but I think there could be 2/3 loans in these positions
I think you could see more activity in January, I have a feeling MR will not get much to invest this window but will do in future windows . Also think this could be a few players last seasonI assume this would be why Dave Boddy said the goal was to stay up? Minimal investment - are we likely to see more next season? In terms of transfers
I've got a feeling we might be in for Ballard.Callum Doyle, Dishon Bernard, Tedan Mengi, Sepp Van De Berg, Rhys Williams, Ben Davies, Levi Colwil, Daniel Ballard
I think are the realistic options on loan fitting the bill from SBB
Why would that be @Skybluebeliever? Appreciate because of the number of contracts being extended before the end of the season we are probably in a good place with the lack of churn of players so there probably isn't a huge amount of free wages still. Would a Hamer sale not change this in your view?I think you could see more activity in January, I have a feeling MR will not get much to invest this window but will do in future windows . Also think this could be a few players last season
I think soIs it a loan centre back from a top 4 team?
Is there actually any interest in anyone apart from Vik though? We will do , the challenge is to keep it to one and make sure we keep Vik
Thought he was outstanding for PNE against us last season.Sepp van den berg possibly. Liverpool mentioned loaning him again
Arsenal looking to sell him permanantly, Sheffield United are the front runnersI've got a feeling we might be in for Ballard.
cant be any good if they wanted JCS more
Remember he is only 18Howley looked miles off in his cameo last season.
I don’t think so , think the sale will put money back into club/Sisu to “catch up” from the last 2/3 seasons , we haven’t sold a player for a couple of seasons and we budget to sell one a year and with covid etc . Think MR understands this but if he needs to bring players in future windows he has a bit of collateral . I think if more than one goes this would changeWhy would that be @Skybluebeliever? Appreciate because of the number of contracts being extended before the end of the season we are probably in a good place with the lack of churn of players so there probably isn't a huge amount of free wages still. Would a Hamer sale not change this in your view?
Callum Doyle would fit the bill

Got to love the ambition…I think you could see more activity in January, I have a feeling MR will not get much to invest this window but will do in future windows . Also think this could be a few players last season
