I’m genuinely at the stage where I trust Skybluebeliever more than Mark RobinsThat’s what MR said.
Maybe they’re the same person…I’m genuinely at the stage where I trust Skybluebeliever more than Mark Robins
Think they are really happy with the 2 new players coming in this week, LWB is being looked but would expect someone like Doyle who came in this weekAre we still after two more defensive reinforcements?
Any insight into how well Palmer has gelled with his teammates?Think they are really happy with the 2 new players coming in this week, LWB is being looked but would expect someone like Doyle who came in this week
Can’t see anything happening next week , still think a LWB is being looked for

So more unproven kids basically? I don't mind, but they should stop selling a kipper as a whale really.
Our signings could turn out to be good, but they are pretty raw. Palmer - disappointing for years. Doyle - very young. Panzo - not lived up to the hype so far. I think our management can get the best possible outcome from these players, but let's not pretend they aren't bargain basement.
I know many fans are just happy to get anyone in, but let's be realistic. Considering how much we have developed, and given that we are probably going to sell a top asset, to me at least, this is all really disappointing.
Lol.
The more I think about the parachute payments I am amazed the big clubs who are never going to need them haven’t pushed against them.
Not if you’re a Southampton or Leeds fan, one less relegation spot to worry about when Norwich come upSurely fans of prem teams must get bored of the same teams coming up every other year??
He was getting on great with everyone on til he found someone had shit in his bootsAny insight into how well Palmer has gelled with his teammates?
Was it @Greggs ?He was getting on great with everyone on til he found someone had shit in his boots
I saw that. I wonder if he’ll think they are a bigger club when he sees there attendances this upcoming season? Was nice of Maatsen to say that he was on loan here last season but now he’s taken a step up to a bigger club. Does he know that Burnley got relegated?

They've sold more season tickets than us and had a higher average attendance last seasonI saw that. I wonder if he’ll think they are a bigger club when he sees there attendances this upcoming season?
Last season we had an average attendance of 19,500 and they had an average of 19,300They've sold more season tickets than us and had a higher average attendance last season
Yeah very true. He probably would have said similar if it was the other way roundTo be fair, it's the sort of thing any player would say in his position.
A bit like, 'When I saw Fleetwood were interested in me, it was an easy decision to make, due to the set up, the manager etc etc' I suspect most of the loanees will have spouted similar about their 'new' clubs.

You’d hope so seeing as Cov has quadruple the population of BurnleyThink we had the higher average attendance despite them being Premier League.
Burnley can sod offI’m beginning to think we are developing a bit of Burnleyfobia on here, they have a new manager re-building what in my opinion was a poor relegated team who have had to sell a number of their better players and bring new ones in not all with championship experience we all know how uncompromising this division is, as great a player Vince Kompany was he will find it very different to what he experienced at Man City.
As a side to this I can’t see any attraction for Callum O’Hare to swop Cov for Burnley
Is our defence choice at the moment that bad ? Dabo, Kane, Rose, McFadz, Doyle, Panzo, Bidwell, plus the young rb whose name I keep bloody forgetting, there’s Eccles too, yes there are two or three young ‘uns ‘ which there are fingers crossed for and not securing JCS a bit of a blow but add one more to them I reckon we’ll be okay. If we do wouldn’t surprise me to see one , McFadz perhaps move on, we have until September the first lot of time yet.

The population of the Burnley area is larger id guess Burnley is about the size of Nuneaton but there are a number for towns Foulridge, Barrowford, Padiham, Brierfeld, Nelson, Colne and Burnley all more or less roll into each other bet the total population would be wel over 200k and then there are nearby towns like Earby & Barnoldswick where my dad large loyal Burnley support there. You’d hope so seeing as Cov has quadruple the population of Burnley
Oops, my opinion best of the lotYou missed out Hyam.

And ?Well yes no different to a lot of our support coming from the surrounding areas then
