If we'd been told we'd spend around £20m of £30m before the window, I doubt many reasonable posters would've been too critical. MR seems confident there's funds available for more. We can't buy what isn't available, or when others can pay more. Patience and perspective.
I think most of us will be royally fucked off , more fucked off than we are about football shirt delays .. if we sold our best midfielder for 12-15 mill and couldn't get anybody in 3 weeks later still
Not his fault football fans are maniacs.Well yes however fans should reign in their owner praise if he's only going to give back 65% of transfer fees ..
Well that's true , but I also don't know wether he has made the hamer money available or not either .. I'm just going to be annoyed if we have to go Kelly sheaf and Eccles until JanuaryNot his fault football fans are maniacs.
and the new bloke, but Yeah, I hear you.Kelly sheaf and Eccles until January
We won't have to do that. It's quite clear funds have been made available, hence why we are looking at buying players rather than just loans.Well that's true , but I also don't know wether he has made the hamer money available or not either .. Very reasonable post and agree. If we'd been told we'd spend around £20m of £30m before the window, I doubt many reasonable posters would've been too critical. Fuckkkkk sakeWell yes however fans should reign in their owner praise if he's only going to give back 65% of transfer fees ..
If we didn't put the money we did back in the squad would go down
I don’t blame the club for the timing, but a lot of voices were saying we’d have planned for his departure. It really doesn’t look like it so far.I think most of us will be royally fucked off , more fucked off than we are about football shirt delays .. if we sold our best midfielder for 12-15 mill and couldn't get anybody in 3 weeks later still
Not really fuck sake , the squad needed substantial investment after losing the players we have , it received it but lets not pretend we wouldnt have struggled without it .. there is still 15 million available ..Fuckkkkk sake
ExactlyIf play-offs are the aim for this season then we need to make more signings, simple as.
We can write off a play off push this season for a start, people are way too easily pleased.Well that's true , but I also don't know wether he has made the hamer money available or not either .. I'm just going to be annoyed if we have to go Kelly sheaf and Eccles until January
Not sure we can , I still think of we sign a couple of good players by the end of the window we will be in an abouts again .. but I won't be happy for us to stay as we are until JanuaryWe can write off a play off push this season for a start, people are way too easily pleased.
Assuming he went for that of coursethere is still 15 million available ..
That's a fact
It will be there or there aboutsAssuming he went for that of course
Seems to me they took what they got for Berge, got desperate to replace him and gave it to usAssuming he went for that of course

The transfer fees aren't the only thing needed to operate a football team. We've presumably increased our payroll considerably and we were a loss making business before he took over.Well yes however fans should reign in their owner praise if he's only going to give back 65% of transfer fees ..

Well I guess we finish 10th then , il still be there next season but I'm sure the 19000 won't beThe transfer fees aren't the only thing needed to operate a football team. We've presumably increased our payroll considerably and we were a loss making business before he took over.
Besides, there's nothing wrong banking the money and either reinvesting in Jan and/or next summer. The journey our club is on is a 5 year journey, not a 'all or nothing' splurge in one year.
Trust the process. If Robins is chilled out about the situation, it's usually a good sign.Well I guess we finish 10th then , il still be there next season but I'm sure the 19000 won't be
No excusesExcuse the negativity.. just a bit fucked off that with the money available we seem to be struggling to get the players ..
Wanted 10 , let go of 3 more since and signed 6 (if I'm correct )
No excuses
Won’t do us much good trying to blag it with Sheaf and Eccles for 4 months thoughIf clubs are asking too much in transfer fees, and players too much in wages.
Then I am happy to tell em to go and do one.
Listen , I'm positive about 99% of the time on here , but I'm entitled to lose my shit over the clubs dealings once in a while .. don't like it , get fuckedNo excusesembarrassing
We will at worst get another loanee but I think we have a couple still in the pipelineWon’t do us much good trying to blag it with Sheaf and Eccles for 4 months though
That's the concern really isn't it , I'm still hopeful we can get a couple in , but I'd be really dissapointed if we have to go to January with the current midfield optionsWon’t do us much good trying to blag it with Sheaf and Eccles for 4 months though
Would be my dream signing , he's got a hell of a futureIf it’s domestic I’d love it to be Adam Wharton, that would be building for the future
