I don't think Moore is Robins type of player, he sold of Clarke Harris all those seasons ago.

I don’t even think JCH is comparable to Moore, JCH was much more mobile and less of an aerial target. Nearest equivalent we’ve had to Moore in recent memory was probably Jutkiewicz.

Ahh ffs, really hope we don’t go after this sort of mediocre hand-me-down player from a prem team, just like the Kieffer Moore rumour. These sorts are past their prime and not what we should be investing in. The likes of John Swift, Billy Sharp, Kieffer Moore, Adam Lallana, all just way past it in my eyes, we want exciting young talent that we can train on, ideally bargains from overlooked European sides. Really hope we’re thinking outside the box rather than going after the blast from the past types.

I don't see us looking at the 2 players mentioned, both have been decent but wouldn't fit the model. We are going to be looking at younger players that can be molded into the shape and the squad culture. Thats not to say we wouldn't sign an established player and have mentioned before i can see 1 young prem loan, 1 younger player to develop and 1 perm established that could fit in from the off

1 loan exciting attacking player, Doak etc..
1 perm eye on future, Sykes, etc
1 perm can go into 1st team right away. Swift,, etc

It is staggering but what I would say is unless you’re a top class player (Son Heung Min, Harry Kane examples I can think of) there is, eventually, regression to the mean.

Yup, only player who has outperformed xG throught entire career is Messi.
