He isn't, I read it as he's pushing for a move . If he really wants to go MLS then we haven't missed outIf Brekalo was that good would he really be pushing for a move to Orlando fucking City
I agree we currently don't need him but if we dont sign Binks and Fadz retires/moves on then we do . He's injured at the moment so would be a signing very much for next seasonit just no one knows if we are actually interested, it's not a position of need and it looks like he is off to the MLS and not a bigger European league
Good player slowpoke admittedlyWatched Bristol about three times recently and have a lot of time for their young centre forward Tommy Conway only 21 but has pace, good in the air and a decent chance taker especially when one on one, not sure who MR is eyeing up but he could be worth a bid, one for the future perhaps.
At this point I'm questioning if someone made him up with Ai and are having us all on with fake reports!Has anyone seen him play? The amount people mention him you'd think he was Baresi meets Maldini
They've made £35m in player sales in the last 12 monthsDon’t think Bristol are as flush as they were but see what you say.
A bit like Scott and Semenyo before him, when he moves it’ll be to the PremDon’t think Bristol are as flush as they were but see what you say.
Yes they have but had to reduce a sky high wage bill not sure if much of that dosh went to the club to spend. They've made £35m in player sales in the last 12 months
They've just £1.3m on Gardner-Hickman so they're not skintYes they have but had to reduce a sky high wage bill not sure if much of that dosh went to the club to spend.
They are massively in the hole. Net losses of over £20 million despite player salesThey've made £35m in player sales in the last 12 months
And they are still spending moneyThey are massively in the hole. Net losses of over £20 million despite player sales
Bristol City reduce losses but still £22.2m in the red for 2022/23
The fee gained for the transfer of Antoine Semenyo to Bournemouth helped ease the losseswww.google.com
Must consider it a manageable debt. We probably had similar debts on paper when we shelled out a million quid for VikAnd they are still spending money
Alex Scott will have reduced those losses though, as it states that wasn’t included in thatThey are massively in the hole. Net losses of over £20 million despite player sales

We can't compete with AtalantaRehashing an old rumour but just read that Atalanta are interested in Morgan Whittaker. Tenuous but would fit with Nixon's "ambitious" target story. We know we have had an interest in him previously and he fits the brief for a left sided forward. Would certainly be ambitious to be able to persuade Plymouth to let him go
Robins told me we are after Jack Clarke
No but then they won't really be interested will theyWe can't compete with Atalanta
They are the Brighton of Serie A with their transfer policy so I wouldnt rule it out entirelyNo but then they won't really be interested will they
Don't know much about the guy but my brother is a big Celtic fan and I asked him about them signing him and he just flipped me off.LW Nicolas Kuhn has just signed for Celtic, did someone say we were after a player but another club has now come in for him? no idea if this was the guy?

Read into that what you will.
I’d love Whittaker and really wanted us to go for him in the summer but he’s a right winger and he’d cost a fortune now.Rehashing an old rumour but just read that Atalanta are interested in Morgan Whittaker. Does Robins still go to watch the players or is he reliant on video clips only ?Robins went into a lot of detail last night about the scouting system we have in place and he said we never stop at looking at ways to improve the team. There’s so much that happens behind the scenes. Dean Austin and his team are basically all over Europe watching games. Then the analysts will look at the data. Robins will interview the player before deciding to sign them to make sure they fit in as a person and will add to the group.
The whole process of signing players is really fascinating to me. We all say we need to bring this and that in, it’s not as simple as that

The way he said it suggests Austin goes to watch and they report back to RobinsD

no longer with the clubThat’s the chief scouts job, he will have his European contacts. We recently recruited a scout from Leicester who was mainly their a European scout, poo pooed on here at the time by the “experts”
