Do we get 15%? I recall at the time mention of the deal being worth an additional £4m or possibly €4m with possible add-ons. The sell on fee may be capped.
He didn't look great against us, takes a lot of shots and plenty from range. I think he shot from near halfway line against us and it went nowhere. Is he Premiership standard?
He is frequently injured, and for long spells I think.Ill put a name out there then. Mika Biereth, on loan from Arsenal at Motherwell.
Arsenals next big hope, been injured for 3 months and still only 7 off top of SPL charts, essentially got something liek 20 goal contributions
Sheff Wed after him even though he's on loan for the season at Motherwell, we have form in this as we took BNC off Rotherham in January
Personally level, hope he stays where he is as I'm on him at 150-1 top scorer from start of the season and as I say he's only 7 off with alot of games to go and missed 3 months on the season.
£15m is probably what I’d expect to get for Hamer with 2-3 years left on his contract rather than just the 1 year.Yep, we sold him at the top of his value I think.
Anyway...back to topic...another clue on the ambitious signing
Pretty certain he will leave for 100 million euros and pretty convinced it will be this month but if not then in the summerGyokeres won't be going for £100 million
£50-70 million is more realistic
Havent Lisbon reputedly just turned down a £73m offer from Chelsea?Gyokeres won't be going for £100 million
£50-70 million is more realistic
I would sincerely hope they have as he plays for SportingHavent Porto reputedly just turned down a £73m offer from Chelsea?
Robins did mention something himself, which added fuel to the fireIs it just alan Nixon on about this one?
Someone will pay it, there’s a lack of world class number 9s out there at the moment.Gyokeres won't be going for £100 million
£50-70 million is more realistic
Yes i know but surely we’d have something by now? We’ve been promoted for quite a bit and zero movement from that region. Work permits may be the issue though. We might be scouting that far afield for all we know but bringing someone in from another continent isn’t that simple
25?0Wonder if we had a clause in there if he scored 20 goals in a season

No it's not the dollar.a) the release clause isn’t £100m, it’s around £80m, so the profit would be £60m, and
b) the % sell on clause is 10% apparently because it dropped when he hit additional targets (appearance, goals, internationals etc)
So it’s probably nearer £6m coming our way unless there’s a bidding war to push his price up
Such as what? Is it Jessie Lingard?! HaRobins did mention something himself, which added fuel to the fire
Transfer fees stopped being 'realistic' years ago.Gyokeres won't be going for £100 million
£50-70 million is more realistic

the kind of player we used to want us to be in for, tells you how far we have comeTom Holmes off to Luton. Remember some of you shouted him
Take our defenders all day.the kind of player we used to want us to be in for, tells you how far we have come
Can't find the quote, was something along the lines of going in for a player that would normally not be a possibility. Said we were going to trySuch as what? Is it Jessie Lingard?! Ha
Directly contradicting what he said after Torp signed? Not doubting he said it, just seems oddCan't find the quote, was something along the lines of going in for a player that would normally not be a possibility. Said we were going to try
Havent Lisbon reputedly just turned down a £73m offer from Chelsea?
It was always a season long loan, it's just that there was a fixed deadline on our recall option which has now expiredJack Burroughs loan extended to end of the season.
Good news, pretty much started every game
The release clause is €100m not £100m I think.. still not too shabby
The same in Spain. Lameiras had a €50m one and was released by that clubThe release fee is fairly irrelevant in truth - it’s just something Portugal do I think for some legal reasons
