Collins
Thomas Fadz Kitching
van Ewijk CM Sheaf Dasilva
O’Hare
Simms Wright

S: Wilson, Latibeaudiere, Bidwell, CM, Eccles, Palmer, Sakamoto, AM/ST, Godden

Reckon that’s the team when everyone’s available and in form. Got to say it looks a definite upgrade compared to last years average match day squad. Certainly lots of options from the bench.

I thought he looked really good very composed and liked a tackle.
Football ennit, we all see different things!

I thought him and Fadz managed to get in each others way for one opportunity, they broke down the left early on and he looked like he was running in treacle trying to cover.

I don't think he was a disaster, just a step slower than the other two.

In time we will see him on the right Thomas in the middle and a new one on the left unless Fadz can play on forever.

And the midfielders? Willock?

No idea on Gus replacements yet, too early to get any whispers on that i feel

Kitching we've been after for a long while, Barnsley playing hardball hence the Robins at Derby scouting mission the other week to run the rule over Cashin. Also Max Bird, but thats one who would be for depth and not even sure it went anywhere.

Id be very confident the LCB will be Kitching or Cashin

ST as i say was a prem loan but with the Hamer money now in play that could be changed.

Only thing i do know is that its 2 CM being looked at now as the initial attempt at Getting Allen back in training in a few weeks looks to be miles away

Even though you don’t know and it’s not, is the striker Archer? Please say it’s Archer.

Willock wasn't in the QPR squad today. Injured? probably reading too much into it

Same for Luca Connell at Barnsley but again not sure of his situation

Like it, but I think Wilson will be number one and it will be his jersey to lose.
Kelly could be the cm on the bench too.
Anyone heard anything about Simon Moore - was good for us for a while and I can't imagine he wants to now be third choice for us?

I had Wilson at first, just think why would we buy Collins if we didn’t think he had a higher ceiling and/or was better for our play?

Exactly. 6 years ago we could only dream of having both this quality of player and the choice of options within the squad. If we do get the remaining 3/4 players we could have a potentially settled squad for 2-4 years
Big transfer fees being paid , long contracts being signed and a real long term strategy for the club as a whole .
Its a good time to be a sky blue , for once

I did wonder if it was that Collins is younger and he could develop him?
Collins certainly has the attributes of many newer keepers who have a 'sweeper keeper' style, which MR might prefer.
We are probably going to be able to adjust our wingbacks to suit the opposition - maybe MR is thinking of doing the same with keepers (though I hope not)!

Just need to find a way to get season tickets and shirts out on time and we might have made it
