Trump is here (2 Viewers)

So on a day when we celebrate the day of the victory over the far right it’s poor taste to protest against someone who promotes and excuses the far right? Allowing Trump to attend our celebrations is far more crass.

Yep. It’s the baby boomers who enjoyed free further education, affordable housing, the comfort of a triple lock pension etc. The irony of watching them at Brexit ltd marches telling the camera how we will be okay with a no deal brexit. “We”? They’ll all be sitting comfortably in their mortgage free affordable house and triple lock pension. It’s me and my children who’ll pay the price for their as you say nationalistic tendencies. I don’t think that under 30’s having 2 votes is any sort of democracy but lowering the voting age to 16 on referendum such as this wouldn’t be a bad idea given it is their future that’s at stake here, not your average Ferage fanatics.
My youngest lad is 16 next year,Not sure he is interested in politics just the City tbh so lowering is wrong in my opinion as they have no experience of life.

You are really thick. Veterans are not necessarily old. They have been in a war zone, but it doesn’t have to have been a long while ago.

There is a letter signed by a load of veterans demanding not to have the country dragged out of the EU without a final say vote because the EU was set up to make sure we don’t have wars in Europe in the future.

You keep telling people I did things at my mother‘s funeral such as polling people or sneering at my old relations. What a dick you are. Just for your info, my mother died at 88, but voted remain in the referendum.

You can be old and want to remain.

How the hell do you and the troll know what the fuck I did at my mother’s funeral? You weren’t invited, and if I were to sneer at anyone, it would be you.

There is an interview doing the rounds with one old soldier where he says he hopes the EU doesn’t get split after all the work that went into getting the major powers to work together.

You constantly show your bitterness and confusion on several subjects. You would be better off sticking to slagging off Burge wherever he plays, or calling the Ricoh a white elephant or an edifice.

lol I posed loads of questions and stats and you slithered away like the coward you are and didn’t answer any

If you are old enough to marry or join armed services then in my book you are old enough to vote. Perhaps the age for joining the army should be raised to 18.

I do find it fascinating that Lady Nugee has justified Mr Corbyns stance on Mr Trump partly due to his outrageous behaviour towards women

Now I’m sure Mr Trump is no saint. However, I do not think he’d stoop so low two defecate in a kitchen of two young women as they refused to have sex with the defecator. This, however, seems acceptable behaviour in the hierarchy of the Labour Party.

And then you accuse Mart of being obsessed with Brexit...

Sorry Tony? Again this is all a matter of public record and shows the gross hypocrisy of Corbyn and his cronies does it not?

You voted for a party happy to put forward candidates who wish to defend downloading child porn. I’d not vote for Corbyn personally.

No I did not in a serious election. Do you agree that Corbyn is a gross hypocrite on this issue? Tony seems to be floundering

I’m not really sure you know what you’re talking about. Trump is a misogynist, abhorrent individual who sexualised his own daughter by claiming he’d have dated her. That’s it, end off. People that think normally say yes I agree and move on. They don’t respond with what about Corbyn and his cronies. Assuming that you’re drunk is a complement.

Jesus Christ you need help.

You don’t know - then why try and deflect the point?

Newsnights presenter needs help then does she? As her interview with the good Lady is my reference point

Ha ha. Me deflect. The thread is about Trump not Corbyn’s aide.

Many have discussed if trump should be here and if the protests are justified. Given the protestors seemed to be very aligned to the views of Jeremy Corbyn in terms of his non attendance at the State Banquet and hugely applauding him at a rally are they, like you, unaware of Mr Corbyn and his excusing of misogyny, compliant with it or just clueless why they are even there?

Why are you still going on about Corbyn? I think he is a opportunist and a hypocrite on quite a few things.

So you agree the protestors who gave him a massive ovation at the protest are either thick as fuck or also hypocrites

Or indeed both?

Trump is just a compulsive liar. Unfortunately we've now got the same with Boris in our politics.
