I can usually try to find a way of justifying some of the more bizarre decisions Trump makes. Constant talk of tariffs and DOGE has led to uncertainty around growth which has led to government borrowing costs reducing (US needs to refinance $7trn soon) is an example. As is telling Zelenskyy that he’ll withhold further financial support to Ukraine to try to force them into peace talks and save US cash…not something I agree with but can at least understand some of the logic
Pulling US intelligence sharing in Ukraine with little/no warning leaving citizens at the mercy of Russian bombs is an unjustifiable, illogical disgrace though
