I think he can only automatically insist on a recount if the difference is 1% or less and at the moment they’re still counting so there’s still more than a chance that he won’t get one without going to court and even then he still probably won’t get one.

Recounts generally only mean a few hundred tops of difference. The truly siginificant calls are if mail in votes are excluded or those received since the election. You’ve got to believe not even a republican leaning Supreme Court would uphold that haven’t you? Which is why we will have uproar
