That’s the problem. They only ever seemed to complain before about the mean tweets and ‘civility’ but rarely about his substantively bad decisions. Now he’s so far gone even FOX won’t touch him with a barge pole

He doesn’t have the authority.

It is strange, though, that the Secretary of Defense reportedly spoke to Pence and not Trump about the situation. There are business leaders and politicians openly suggesting Pence try to remove him now, and for the first time I think it could happen. Pence has little to no reason to stick with him at this point - the Trumpers are no longer a constituency worth courting.
