And with Ricketts at centre back, we miss a right back!Yeah, stokes did a decent job, Ricketts will come back in but we're back to missing a dominating centre back.

How long is Willis still out for as a matter of interest and is Reda definitely gone for the entire season?

Doh forget about those two - hopefully Lorentzen will be good when he comes in - Martin and Ricketts at centre backs
with Stokes Left Back still not a bad back 4 imo.
I would have gone three at the back when he went off.
Yep cover is a worry I would hope if we suffer anymore injuries they go to attacking midfielders/strikers tbh where we have
far more options. Haynes and Phillips are weaker but we are a league one side so could live with them coming in for odd game subs cover here or there.......we could certainly do with another defender coming in January though!!
Cian Harries- centre-half, 6ft 1". 18 years old.
Hopefully Lorentzson will be fit.Might have to call up Harries unless he's happy to persevere with Phillips at RB and Ricketts at CB as can't bring loans in til the January window opens
Hopefully Lorentzson will be fit.
Think everyone is dreadful at Boro to be honest.I seen Harries at the Boro and thought he was fucking dreadful
The Telegraph article (http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/sp...news/coventry-city-cardiff-city-left-10626902) says that it’s Turner’s left ankle which has been injured. It sounds potentially serious, but one small consolation is that it’s not a breakdown of the right ankle he had reconstructed.
My immediate concern here is for the player, rather than CCFC. But TM will need to find another dominant defender from somewhere because for much of yesterday’s game three of our back four were inexperienced full backs.
Hope you’re back soon Ben, and if it’s in a sky blue shirt I’m happy with that.
It won't if he is injuredOn the Cardiff forum it seems fairly unanimous that they think Turner is injury prone and should be got rid of ASAP.
Maybe it will work in our favour?
It won't if he is injured
Well we don't know how serious it is yet, I have gone over on my ankle several times when I was younger playing sport, and in great pain at the time, but able to walk without pain within a few days and continue playing within 2 - 3 weeks. It's unlikely he was able to walk off yesterday if he had done anything serious. Just a thought.

Call an ambulance? With a name like yours though, you must always know what to do in the event of any injury, eh?
Certain TM has a contingency plan for when/if Ben Turner went back With the greatest of respect to Ben from our point of view it is better this to have happened now rather than later will probably make TMs mind up which way to go.
Didn't Reda walk off ?Well we don't know how serious it is yet, I have gone over on my ankle several times when I was younger playing sport, and in great pain at the time, but able to walk without pain within a few days and continue playing within 2 - 3 weeks.
