Good - the less of them come the better, it knocks me almost sick having 4000 of them in our ground

I’d give them 1000 tickets and charge them £50 a pop
£50 for a Fizzy drink seems a bit steep.... has it been confirmed we still get a cut of F&B sales?

They'll still sell out. They brought about 5k to SA for a Sunday early kick off

Sky will no doubt be the usual Mackem love fest - Their coverage opening weekend was disgraceful, you’d have thought there was only one team playing
Promoted teams always get more attention in their first game back, and rightfully so. Especially if it's a well-supported team like Sunderland. Disgraceful seems a bit much.

Cov barely got a mention - Kevin Phillips and Don Goodman 2 ex mackems in the studio and on comms, they sounded gutted when we scored as well

was a joke

The amount of coverage sky have given us in match build up regarding Ricoh issues and ppl still think we are never the focal point. Crazy

I’d say it’s with good reason - they constantly mock the death of probably our clubs biggest icon over an incident that happened before half of them were born
It's a bit like the 'she started it' stuff at school. though.

Whether you like the wankers or not, moving this game for TV is a disgrace with no though given to how it inconveniences supporters.

The game against them in League One got moved to a midday kick off as, from what I remember. I’m pretty sure they sold out their allocation then and there was that big fight outside.

This will mean 4 of our last 6 games vs Sunderland have been on Sky

1-1 Sep 2018 (JCH scored)
1-0 Mar 2020 (Godden)
1-1 Jul 2022 (Gyokeres)
This one

Only the 4-5 (Apr 2019) and 1-1 (Nov 2019) not on the box
