Tweet From Conor Thomas
Coventry City midfielder Conor Thomas has revealed that he suffered nothing more than concussion during the 3-1 win at Rotherham.

Thomas was knocked out late in the game and taken to hospital. However, this morning, the news is good as Thomas has tweeted: "Thanks for all the messages not a great way to start the year nothing serious just bad concussion apparently can't remember a thing.

"Hopefully Callum Wilson is alright and his shoulder isn't to bad fingers crossed, Gutted for him hopefully it's not the same problems he's had before with his shoulder.
"Going to get home stay in bed and see how I feel in the next few days."

Great news! Sounds like he might still miss Barnsley though.

Worrying about Wilson, what did e do to his shoulder before?

Murphy said in his interview yesterday that he goes a bit too hard on the weights at the gym and he has "shoulders of glass". Could be a dislocation most likely.

Thank god for that. He was down for so long and without any movement.

Thankfully Conor will be up and about but with concussion you have to be careful.
As for Wilson that sounds more serious so may be out for a while ?Hope we get some replacements in though as the squad is thinnish to say the least. But what fighting spirit we've got in abundance as shown at Rotherham,so proud of them !

Good that he's not broken his neck or anything horrendous like that but a concussion can take a while to recover from and it's one of those injuries where it's hard to tell how long it will take someone to recover. Look at NFL or hockey players who have concussion injuries and some of them are out for months. Hopefully a few days of taking it easy and he will be back to feeling fine.

I'm glad the next match is only the FAC. He's got 9 days to recover for the next league game which is much more important. By then hopefully Fleck and Thomas will both be fit.

Good news hopefully Connor will recover very quickly and no more than a bad headache. It was worrying at the time and the fans hopefully gave him a lift by singing his name.
Will the league review the video and punish the dirty git that elbowed him .
I was at the game and I know I have sky blue glasses on but the ref let them get away with 2 tackles with studs up and waved play on for one of them.
Should be the same for all Seabourne got punished for an off the ball incident !!!!!!!!!!!

I agree ... FAC this weekend helps us ... would like to stay in the cup ... but the league is where it's at right now !

The league has to be top priority even though a Cup run always gives everyone a boost.
But we can't afford more injuries or suspensions not with a smallish squad.
