They posted highlights earlier in the season when we beat Birmingham 8-0 so I'd hope so!

And that is the problem with Development League football & why you can never read too much into it, hugely varying standards even within the same team.

Holy sh1t. I thought you were joking. This was the actual full time score
A. Ellard 84'
A. Dausch 80', 78', 77', 45'+2, 38'
Ryan Howley 72', 50'
+6 goals
Not sure I've ever seen it were a website can't be bothered to list all the goalscorers.

There was a 21s game earlier in the season where we had a big win and Bassette scored a few goals, can't remember who against - the defending was absolutely abysmal.

I can't wait to see the highlights of this one.

It's been a bad week for Colchester after being beaten 5-1 by my son's under 7 team on Sunday

He was playing holding midfield in a 4231, he scored 3 set up 4th then did his hamstring and went off.

Is that Isaac Moore on the bench.. He is suppose to be a top talent. Would be good to see a few of these pushing into squads next season

Moore has had a number of serious injuries, will be a big ask for him to make up on lost time at the most important stage of his career. Would be a surprise if he progresses now.

This perfectly highlights the problem with modern day football - teams not good enough to play out from the back continuing to do it even when they are constantly being picked off

No Burroughs or Batanwi in the squad. Assume either injured or involved tomorrow.

Issac Moore missing as well. Hopefully not an early set back for him. Not sure if he got on in the week.

Toluwaloju is a name I've never seen before, because our coverage of the Under 18s team is woeful.

It’s development football - clearly getting thrashed 14-0 isn’t a good day at the office, but they’re there to learn how to play the game a certain way, not to grind out results by any means necessary.

Can we have a minutes applause tomorrow on 14 minutes to show support for the Colchester U21 keeper, who must be feeling pretty crap this week.

It was 14-0 lmao, whatever tactics they tried weren't going to make a difference.

The one thing I’ll point out is that the coach should probably be stopping that happening after 4 or 5. Change it into a different learning experience - stemming the flow of goals.

Maybe. But he may of had no chance with either. But I'd sooner have him on the bench tomorrow than Collins.
