No the lower precinct the ccfc shop sign is still above the shop.

That's was a spot on shop for tickets and merchandise. We say we need every penny of revenue and the merchandise and ticket selling facilities are not up to scratch !!!!

I genuinely don't know anyone at all with a printer at home.

I've got an ST, but i bought 7 extra tickets for last Saturday and cup tickets on the internet paid the 90p delivery and have had no problem. I honestly don't get what people's issues are. They are computer literate enough to post on here, ordering tickets online is no real problem.

Northampton game was easy enough, ordered them the week before, tickets here with plenty of time to go.

I bought my cup ticket online with no problem at all.
But my wheelchair disabled friend (and other disabled with carers) was unable to get one online and I volunteered to get it for him and spent several hours doing so.
Phone was never answered, twitter promises never followed up, Waggot text apologises, Queued twice but gave up.
Third time lucky queuing, second in queue but still took half hour.

Wasps have a dedicated disabled phone line for tickets.

I was quite late, the Tuesday before the game and they arrived on Thursday - no drama's.

Why didn't you buy his ticket online?

You can't use a smart phone or tablet to buy them

That's Compass / ACL.

It's rubbish whoever it is ACL and CCFC get 50% of food and drink sold unless I am over at the corierate side I don't both anymore. If you leave at the half time whistle by the time you get served the second half starts. Loads of people must not bother. This is the all important revenue money everyone is fighting over.

Then you'd better write to wasps (holdings) a letter of complaint.

How many don't have a proper ticket office at their own ground????

There's probably places that don't, ticketing in general is moving on line. A few years ago every venue, theatre etc would have a dedicated box office. Now the vast majority sell online only.

Ticket office in City Centre was a roaring success for a long time only under recent ownership is it an issue

The city centre outlet was closed because it was losing money, that's hardly a roaring success.

No reason we can't buy into there system and both clubs will benefit financially and functionally.

We don't need to buy in to anything, it's not Wasps system. Its a ticketmaster site. If the club wanted to they could easily get themselves setup on the same system. But there is a downside. Ticketmaster charge pretty hefty fees so we would either be adding booking fees onto tickets or absorbing the cost ourselves. The only bit of the system Wasps own is the physical kit at the Ricoh, surely even they would't charge for use of that?
