I reckon he will squeeze past it -21/22.
Had a barren spell, but if he goes on a good run again, goals will tick over.
Even in his barren spell he was still getting in positions and having chances - this will continue and hopefully he (and us) will reap the rewards!

I think it's between him and Haaland for top scorer in English football this season. Could be close and maybe Haaland may just pip him yet

I hope it’s well under. perhaps keep the wolves (them included) at bay throughout the summer and he sprearheads our march to the premier next season.

In league 19, We should now be asking a championship record 35,mil for him no less, From the fees being paid by premier clubs should really be nearly 50m in my opinion
I think we shouldn't just beat about the bush with the 35mil and 50mil and should just ask for the full eleventy billion.

Hopefully well over 20 and we push as close as possible to the Play Offs. He will be off come the summer (unless we go up) so it adds to his value. If he goes for £20 million, and even if Robins only gets 40% of that, we can bring in some real quality to the squad, and with O'Hare back by September we should be looking a strong Promotion team next campaign. I've not given up on us going up this season though.

Vik's golden boot to go with Ben's golden glove. Robins for Manager of the season too and promotion being the cherry on the cake.

If I was Man City I'd buy him. Looks like a natural bench replacement for Haaland . Obviously not as good but lots of similarities. If they wanted to rest or replace him in game time , Vic looks a shoe in . 20M is like a free to them. They won't of course...he's not famous enough.

I'm amazed none of the bottom 6 Prem took a punt. He's used to feeding on scraps, strong, physical, pacey, still developing, was the top scorer in the Championship at that time and leading the line on his own which a lot of the bottom sides need to rely on. At 20-25m it's not even a gamble really when you consider the riches and rewards for staying up. If he succeeds great, if he doesn't you'd get a chunk of your money back, but more importantly a striker who you know can play and score at the level below to fire you back up. Seemed zero risk, particularly for an Everton type who were said to be sniffing around.

Has to go in the summer, surely? Realistically, it's going to take a monumental effort to make the play-offs this season, we're talking winning a good 10 of the last 15 at least. I'd rather see us get a nice fat cheque in the summer, and build a team around McFadz/Sheaf/O'hare + maybe Hamer with a bunch of astute "£1 mil" signings with potential.

Not seeing that much similarity aside from them being blonde haired and Scandinavian if I'm honest

I believe they only signed Haaland after we knocked back a 30 million bid in the summer.

He’d have to take Spanish lessons first.

15 games to go. Needs to improve his conversion rate to reach 20. If Palmer keeps laying them on a plate for him, then he's got a great chance.

BBDiaz was valued over £20m last year and he's gone off the boil a bit this year. With our run in I'd say 20+ goals.
His dribbling, pace and strength is what makes him stand out. Finishing and headers needs work but convinced it will all click very soon. Next season he could score 30 in championship with us.
If he goes to Prem he wont play regularly and his confidence and form will drop (unless its with us of course).

19 but he has so much more ability as all round quality around the box the best in the championship..

With season ticket prices likely to see a bit of a hike next season and we could get Vik to extend his contract and agree another year here that alone would sell season tickets.

How many forwards are able to roll defenders the way vik did for that goal against millwall .. it's like watching a player in the late 90s again 😂

Superb
The kind of play that made me love football as a boy. For me it was Dion, for today's kids it's Gyo.

Hopefully he won't score again.

No one will want to buy him, and then he'll stay, only to score 28 times next season and fire us to promotion.

Don't know if it's been posted anywhere on here but on BBC website it states that although Vic knew about the transfer interest I presume it was in the January window " He had no desire to leave Coventry".That is the best news I've heard all season.
