You are assuming Adi didn't just decide to leave? That he didn't just fancy a change? Or a host of other reasons why he might want to move on or step aside? But change happens. Sometimes new impetus is good otherwise things stagnate.
"If it's not broke why fix it?" But are we not looking to buy better players?
I have said on a previous post that providing he did not leave of his own volition. Sorry, my observation was a continuation if he didn't want to leave. I believe the silence from the club makes this more likely.
I will be the first to hold my hands up if my speculation (and it is just speculation) is wrong.
Again, I am now surmising, but why is the club information so abrupt and uninformative. Like someone said, everyone leaving gets a glowing send off (see Boddy).
Of course we are continuously improving the playing staff to date, although finance may restrict this if we don't get promoted.
If you have an incredibly successful coach who has improved virtually every player we have bought, I would not take a gamble at this stage on two new coaches with potential rather than extensive experience. That is my take on it and I hope to be proven wrong.
Sorry to bring politics into this. Change can be incredibly good, but as an example, look at Gove who instigated massive change at every department he took charge of, to the detriment of that department.
