Viveash has also put a statement on LinkedIn. Lots of pictures on the post but not a single one with Robins:

Next we’ll be lead to believe that it wasn’t all down to the clueless Performance Director.

Lots of positive words. “Great coach, great man” seems to come up a lot

I still feel like this , absolutely doesn't inspire me at all and neither do the others tbh
Worryingly, if MR goes, we will probably end up with either Boateng or Delaney as interim manager (at least).

Has Adi found a new job yet?

its clearly a (gross) misconduct issue - given no comment from both sides and statements through solicitors.

Standard practice in this instance.

What's happened who knows - of course there is the sound bites of falling out with players/players not liking old school ways - but thats not grounds for dismissal normally, unless there's been a serious flash point.

No one knows. Just reading tea leaves based on the speed of it, the lack of club comms about it, and the fact he’s talking through legal representation.
How do you know that shmmeee, I've not read anywhere that there's a legal dispute going on!

As I say just a guess based on what’s come out. It was in the Telegraph that he was talking through his solicitor. Could be he’s working up an unfair dismissal case or defending himself who knows.

Had he and MR not been given new contracts in the last 12 months?

Getting rid of AV would be expensive unless there’s a very valid reason.

If he’s got a 3 year contract on six figures he’s wise to sit it out and wait for any money rather than jeopardising by speaking out / getting another job (which may reduce compo) etc.

He released his farewell statement through his solicitor, which is highly unusual.
The clubs statement regarding him leaving for a man who has been here during all we have achieved in the last seven years was very basic in my opinion, That combined with the fact Adi addressed the fans through his legal team shows something is quite clearly amiss

For all the talk about how strange it seemed for him to move on there may well be a situation where the decision that was made had to be made - We don't know that and the chances are we will probably never know the full ins and outs but it is strange nonetheless

That being said I am extremely concerned if two coaches (Adi and Lawrence) leaving has made this much of a difference to how the team is performing

Not just then. Both Club Captain and Vice Captain left as well as big characters like Godden and O’Hare.

It is also worth noting that Adi was only ever here in the first place owing to a freak set of circumstances where MR's original no. 2 had a really serious illness

I don't buy that MR depends on him and has all of a sudden turned into a bad manager overnight now he has gone - He has managed the rest of his career with a different No. 2

It wouldn’t be expensive if he’s been sacked for alleged gross misconduct.

That's through King's perspective, doesn't mean that's what actually happened?
Quite easy for the club to paint it a certain way, doesn't mean it's true, let's get him in a tribunal and see!

And apart from with us, the rest of his managerial career hasn’t been overly inspiring.

Did a very good job at Rotherham who were in administration and had 17 points deducted , also guided Barnsley to safety after they were bottom of the league

He hasn't done a terrible job anywhere though has he

Rotherham he did a good job considering the circumstances, Barnsley keeping them in the Championship all that time is also a good job, first time round with us he was good, Hudds was a little bit uninspiring granted and arguably Scunny but look at how they have dropped like a stone in the last few years

Don’t disagree with most of that but Scunthorpe had much bigger issues. My point is that major success has been with us and with AV as his assistant.

The club haven't painted anything in a certain way they have if anything kept their lips on the whole situation sealed, but all signs point to there being a disagreement somewhere and all I said was that if a line has been crossed then the club may have had no choice but to move Adi on

It won't get to a tribunal and it will probably be settled away from the limelight before it ever gets to that if it even needs to come to that

That is what I mean RE. Scunthorpe, with the benefit of hindsight and where they are now you can probably say he didn't do a bad job there
