Here's my tuppence worth.
I've been around the block now at 66. In my twenties I used to work for Hertz renta-a-car, and I watched Girls slowly promote themselves up the ladder. They had no sense of duty to the firm, only themselves. It was obvious to all but the men in the company around the age of mid 50's, who seemed to inexplicably take a shine to these good looking ladies and, consequently, obeyed their every wish.
A Woman would have absolutely no clue how Man-Management works in a Blokes Locker Room.
Forget promotion this year. Just hope to stay up.

Don't agree, but your entitled to your opinions.

Perhaps the Aussie haven't gone Woke yet. 🙈

You’re missing the whole point, no one has been sexist. He just asked the question could it be a reason he left.

That’s the problem with you types, if someone asks a question about gender or race you accuse them of being sexist or racist it’s laughable you’re that thick.
You have to be a troll account.

I know levels of bone-headed fuckwittery are through the roof in many circles, but you just stretch the limit of credulity just a little too far.

There is absolutely no evidence that Adi left the building because of the new lady at the club. There is no evidence at all because it appears the club has shut down all avenues of communication regarding this matter, which is a worrying trend, as that is how despots operate.
Leave a vacumn and theories will fill in the blanks. I am as guilty as everyone regarding this.
Sky made me laugh edging their bets saying Adi leaving will be a disaster or replacing him a master stroke.
So many people said change was always the way forward. I thought back to decisions of change that were disastrous for the club:
Not giving Jimmy Hill the long contract he asked for.
Not appointing Brian Clough as he aked for too much power.
Allowing George Curtis to move upstairs.
Replacing Sillett with Butcher.
The all-seater stadium too soon.
The Hill investment in the USA.
Allowing Richardson to buy Derek Robins shares on behalf of Robinson.
Replacing Eric Black with Peter Reid (even if Black did not excel afterwards).
Sacking Roland Nilsson prematurely.
All of Sisus appointments apart from MR.
I'm with Sky on this one, although I still have a suspicion Adi was the power behind the throne.

IMO the minimal communication in relation to Vivash leaving the club replicates employment processes, when there is a risk of a dispute leading to an employment tribunal.
What the reasoning regarding the decision for Vivash leaving, we'll probably never know.
Agreed, be interesting if it ends up at an employment tribunal, but probably a paying up of contract may happen.. However, these things have a habit of leaking further down the line. There were some very strong rumours that came out some time later about Richardson's non disclosure agreement.
My brother knew a high profile city player very well. He would never discuss what went on in the club. His wife, however, after a few gin and tonics would always spill the beans.

AV leaving the club, whether there was any involvement from Dr.Roberts or not it doesnt matter, it was obv done for the benefit of the club.

Reading the "A PROJECT-LED FRAMEWORK FOR COACH DEVELOPMENT" written by her and Mr Mccarthey, perhaps a plan has been put in place for coaching development, and AV doesnt agree, doesnt want to change, isnt able to change and Robins and/or the team have asked him to leave?

I happen to know that there's fucking zero % chance of this going any further.
He's gone, MR accepts it, there won't be any fall out, he wont work in football again, nothing illegal happened, it's done, it's finished we all move on.

I strongly suggest we all drop it.

They had a long detailed interview process. I suspect this happened at season end especially as they announced the new arrivals within hours of Adi's departure. I assume a different approach and wanting to go in a different direction. Lots of speculation but my guess is simply professional differences. No argument he's been integral to our success, but sometimes a new voice is needed and I trust Robins will get it right again. I've always maintained he is lucky more than good, but if that's true, then long may it continue!

No point in trying to find out the truth as only those involved will truly know what happened. They will be 2 sides of the story as to why it ended with him leaving. But to be honest it doesn't matter, what matters is the new staff drive the players on and bring improvements and build on what the previous staff did to get us to this point.

Turner will have been briefed by the club not to probe on it, particularly if it might end up in a tribunal.

I do think he could legitimately ask if the backroom coaching set up is now complete.

My suspicion is that it’s not yet complete but that there may be some deliberate changes of job title for the final piece in the jigsaw.

All part of an audit trail.

Stating he won't work in football again isn't likely to encourage people to drop it. It just raises further questions.

The irony of warning people not to speculate whilst saying he won’t work in football again 😂

Course Robins would have had a say over his number two leaving. Madness to think otherwise. Maybe the club is trying to be fair to everyone involved instead of releasing a hit piece which only makes the situation toxic. Adi was a massive part of where we are, but we have to move forward. If robins was happy to move on so am I.
