Deadline is Tuesday for applications. Suggests the Viveash decision was last minute and they want this sorting quickly now. Also perhaps that it was a ‘redundancy’ with a new job role created.

Suggests to me they already have someone lined up but there’s a process where they have to advertise it

It does also push towards redundancy. Newly created role and if you work out the timescale from the season finishing and an end of season review taking place it matches the timescale for a redundancy process

When you were allowed multiple people on the touchline during games it made sense to have an 'assistant manager' barking at players etc.

Since the rule change, all the assistant manager can do is coach so makes sense to change the name and nature of the role I suppose.

You clearly have no idea about employment legislation if you can’t see what has happened …
Well as a workplace rep for the GMB I guess i actually do.

Still crack on, I always wondered what the male versions of the women who post on the Jay Slater pages got up to in their spare time.

he has been told his position is no longer required and a new structure has been created - even though both jobs will be the same

So a very junior understanding …. I’m talking about a proper understanding

I hope that's not the case, although Clough did fall out with Taylor. Surprised if MR has that power with King in charge.
I await further information.
Of course he’d have that level of power. He could easily just say to King either he leaves or I do.

So, your evidence is a beige statement and a short application period for a new restructured job.

That's proper alright, Askew's would love someone like you :)

Crack on mate, it passes the time.

Just got to hope that Binks didn't think working with Adi was *too* good a thing for him!

You’re having fun trying to play the rationalist but at this point it’s credulous. He’s been quietly shuffled out the door early in a contract with no mention of the clubs achievements over the last several years. There’s clearly a bit more to this than a restructure, although clearly that is taking place too.
if anyone can provide evidence then I'll be happy to reassess

I get your point but then you're insinuating he's done something that constitutes gross misconduct - big claim to make without any evidence at all.

Yes it is, hence no specific claim, and I can see where David O’Day is coming from too. But I think the way he has left suggests something has happened.

Here's my tuppence worth.
I've been around the block now at 66. In my twenties I used to work for Hertz renta-a-car, and I watched Girls slowly promote themselves up the ladder. They had no sense of duty to the firm, only themselves. It was obvious to all but the men in the company around the age of mid 50's, who seemed to inexplicably take a shine to these good looking ladies and, consequently, obeyed their every wish.
A Woman would have absolutely no clue how Man-Management works in a Blokes Locker Room.
Forget promotion this year. Just hope to stay up.
Wish I could un-read this shite. Grade A twat

AV leaving the club, whether there was any involvement from Dr.Roberts or not it doesnt matter, it was obv done for the benefit of the club.

Reading the "A PROJECT-LED FRAMEWORK FOR COACH DEVELOPMENT" written by her and Mr Mccarthey, perhaps a plan has been put in place for coaching development, and AV doesnt agree, doesnt want to change, isnt able to change and Robins and/or the team have asked him to leave?

Dr Roberts, great Beatles song that. For the younger ones just YouTube it. 😎

Many years ago I was flying back from New Zealand and decided to listen to some music via the headphones. Anyway I started listening to Revolver, and then fell asleep for several hours. The album re-looped until a different channel was selected, and when I woke I must have got addicted to it because for months after the songs were going through my head each morning when I woke. I had to come off it slowly by listening to other music before going to sleep.
Ironic, but a true story.
