You can tell from the interviews with Viveash that he's a charismatic, likeable bloke, but also won't take any sh*t. Some of our football since he has come in has been brilliant, and he can adapt when we need results, and change to a more direct game. I am sure the players enjoy his training sessions.
Also, he seems happy being a coach. I am sure he would of been approached in the last 4 years for No 1 positions.
Robins and Viveash are forming a kind of Brian Clough / Peter Taylor like partnership.
