He looked okay, looked better vs hull but still raw (and definitely tired towards the end he's definitely not going to be starting 3 games a week) certainly doesn't merit 'most creative outlet last few games'

He had a terrible first touch and spent the rest of the game overthinking everythingFundamentally I've no issues with Palmer coming back in, his shite performance on Friday was because he was knackered from the Jamaica games still. If he's well rested then fine, if he's still leggy then it's a shit decision to start him. Robins clearly trusts him more than Ayari though, or at least doesn't think Ayari can handle the game time.
