If we don't manage to keep a clean sheet then I think that we'll concede at some point in the game. Getting more goals than them is key if we want to win this one though, and I'm sure Pressley will be pushing this point home! The way I see it, if we score early and maintain that lead then we'll win this one, but if we don't score early, we need to make sure that we don't concede early and that we score later on in the game, preferably without conceding after this point, and if we do concede we need to go on and get another goal; if they score again, we'll need to score one more* and so on!!!

(*If we score more than one more** than them then that's even better!)

(**For example, we might score two more than them!)

What Brian said, really. I trust SP will be printing this out and attaching it to the dressing room door.

:D

Hopefully they will be fatigued after their journey to Sixfields.

I think it is outrageous a team representing a major city in Poland have to play their home games in a suburb of Birmingham UK.

Are we protesting or boycotting on their behalf?

A friend of mine always puts £10 on the double chance (opposition to win or a draw).

The way he looks at it, is he doesn't mind 'paying' £10 for a City win or winning a little bit of dosh to soften the blow if they don't.

Be surprised if we don't win, went walsall away and they were one of the worst teams i have ever seen.

Hoping for a win tonight, but it is mostly hope.

2-1 City. Wilson and Akpom.

I think Delfeanso will start so we also will have a striker on the bench.

Personally if like Adams to play and Clarke moved to the centre for Seabourne. The wide players are a difficult selection choice. Marshall has pace and the QPR loaned looked talented

We should win.

With England on the TV and us quietly playing at Sixfield's you sense a smaller than even normal 'crowd' for what is for me, a game that will define our whole season.
We have had both strikers missing, new recruits injured or out of sorts, the team has changed the way we play and we are not representative of how we had been playing. Add to that a poor run of results and Pressley stating the playoffs were gone then confidence was taken from under them.
Now we draw with a clean sheet, Pressley changes his viewpoint slightly from last week insisting the confidence is back and new recruits are settling in now with Wilson back in the fold. So can we kick on and beat off the recent doldrums and get back on track against Walsall?
I don't know but for me this game will swing us one way or the other. It's far more important tonight than many may be thinking...

Walsall away - what an atmosphere, really enjoyed that apart fromn the train journey home took ages waiting for the train at Bescott. Walsall are quite an attacking side and may leave gaps for callum to take advantage. Think we may sneak it.

Over the course of an average season is he up or down financially?

A must win game only 3 points from bottom 4 but we seem to be able to get results against teams above us

have never bet money on coventrys opposition, dont know how ccfc fans can bring themselves to do it

Because you should bet with your head, not your heart. I often bet on us to lose, and every time I hope I lose my money. The winnings soften the blow (marginally) if we lose. Simple really.

I have been a City fan for 31 years and travel hundreds of miles to home games (not this year, we have no home games) yet I had a tenner on us to go down at the start of the season. Do you seriously believe I would rather pocket the winnings than see us stay up? Of course bloody not, but at least I can use the money if it happens to drown my sorrows.

Bet with your head not your heart is my view too, doesn't stop me wanting us to stay up, unfortunately I think my wife wants us to get relegated now. £1600 is alot of money.

That's because unless they are in the top 6, without good old ACL they'd all be below us.

And if SISU had been more interested in making us a good football club instead of making money we would be in the Prem now.

Even without moussa and baker the bench is looking strong.

Seven pages already we are in for a busy night

Only because the England game hasn't kicked off yet ;). Got my lager in the fridge, one ear by the radio, one eye on the telly and one eye on the forum (headache coming on!)

3-2 loss after taking the lead twice. Felt quite sad today as saw a match day Ricoh double decker bus by the university. Guess they haven't painted over them yet

Slightly, and I mean bloody slightly optimistic after seeing the lineup, not a bad team out and a strong bench

We lose tonight and I think we will struggle to stay up as our confidence will be very low
