Do you mean Bradwell or Tim Fisher?
No - Tim says that the judgement was so damning in several areas that it can't be allowed to go unchallenged. And also that the club has no control over it somehow - can't understand his argument here but he is trying to say that it's not up to SISU/CCFC if they appeal or not, which sounds like a load of rubbish to me
Just been to the barbers (Short back and sides for those interested) and my barber (Lovely chap, not one for making up things) said that his mate who had organised a charity do at the Ricoh on one of the first Saturdays in September (We have home games on the 6th and 13th, both Saturdays) has been told he may have to move his event to the Sunday.
No reason was given for this
Oooooooooooo

Don't let this turn into a SISU/Sixfields/CarlBakerDay argument
If the Football League are smart they will rule that the Club owe the full sum of £590,000 that way discussions can begin in a positive manner.
If litigation continues the chances of a deal are 0%
as above, they are a club of football club owners, they will try to back CCFC wherever possible. In the past they have ignored their own rules to accommodate SISU so please don't start quoting the FA rulebook at me.I couldn't agree anymore with that, the Football League have the power right now to get City home.. Hopefully they'll make the right calls.!
What was the charity event for I assume it is advertised somewhere.
Then we can check the date and see if the Ricoh is booked for anything else

This is probably true a friend of mine has booked this event to raise funds as sadly his wife passed away to cancer last year
