They really haven't released all their top players. They still have an impressive pack with the likes of the Willis brothers, Barbeary and others, and new tight-five signings Koch and Ryan will both be on top dollar. Is the 12th August still being applied for the refinancing or has that been written off. Wasps releasing all their top players end of the season, no new signings and now no money being spent on the pitch and the total silence from them something definitely happening. Or with no relegation they could play every game with youth players and lose 60-0 and do the same next season.
Intimate local people?Lists a bunch of forms of protest and then says
”Some views there which would get the support of certain Russian or Chinese government autocrats!”
I think they’ll never get more idiotic but they keep finding another level.

How they intend to pay them though is another matter.
Yes, I know about all those, and yes there are some bigger names, but also some 'squad' men too. Most sides lose players, even Genge at Leicester, and Koch at Sarries - top end clubs and players.Wasps confirms 11 departures with over £1m of stars leaving the club - Ruck

He has said all be well in a few weeks.Apart from Shugs, the others definitely sticking the boot in, Shugs just blames covid and thinks everything will be OK next year
Yes, yes I know. I'm not defending them!No new kit released, car parking not for sale for home games still.
Yup, when the opposite of what you're writing is the actual story, it might be time to flip flop! When Bobby Bridge is writing articles like this you know things are badly wrong
Wasps fans claim they're 'left in dark' and ask club for answers

Proof...Word is that they've filed for insolvency.
Whatever that means.
My source is generally reliable, but don't let that excite you too much just yet.

Surely even they will get more than 15 people!
If it goes ahead.
And I thought they were actually away for their first game?
I know nothing about Shugs but the forums main contributors are seemingly nomadic themselves. Some lived a lot abroad, couple from Scotland and some 70 plus age

Our bonds are held for us in trust by the broker. Just to be clear, Wasps Finance and Wasps Hodings are insolvent, we know this because they have defaulted on the bond. The consent solicitation is a CVA (Company voluntary arrangements) whereby an insolvent company seeks to reach an agreement with its creditors to prevent itslef having to go into liquidation. As we know, it requires 75% of bondholders to agree to any arrangement. We all need to get in contact with our brokers and make sure they keep us informed and know our wishes. Personally, unless they come up with a very convincing plan for repayment in a fairly short space of time, I am for selling the arena/liquidation. The amount of money they have lost, since well before the pandemic is astonishing. They also have added a further 20 million loan from Derek Richardson and sold a stake (what stake?) to CVC for 12.5 million. It's all vanished, there's nothing left. Except the stadium, whatever that's worth. Wasp Bondholders Facebook Group: https://www.-1358371174688144 |
And this in itself is why they just don’t get the situation. They’ve been told one version of it and took it for gospel. They don’t know the history of it.She's 85 now!
