for everyone awareness. Regardless if your a ST holder or not. You will have to pay for your match ticket for Tuesday
Assume like Bristol then where they refund?

Yep gets me wondering if they were compelled to release this statement or if this sort of thing can just go on unreported as long as payments are met?

Could it be a calculated release to hammer home that CCFC have been negatively affected financially by Wasps ineptitudes

Or could it be the club need to get all financial info out in the open pre take over on Monday 🤞😂
Given the time line and subsequent events you have to wonder if getting it discounted off is washed away

Anybody who buys the CBS sure has hell wouldn't be doing it for the football team. We would be a distraction.

Not buying that. Seeing as the Wasps experiment has shown we are the ONLY viable long-term tennant I very much doubt whoever gets the lease won't see us as a vital part of the business

I can't think anyone looking at buying a football stadium would merely see the football club as a distraction. That would be most bizarre.

We are a money losing entity.

I guarantee the rest of the stadium sees more profit than the football club does.

I'm unsure what you're getting at though. The CBS without us is a bigger money losing entity.

I'm talking about someone buying both the club and the stadium

OK right but we wouldn't be a distraction, we'd be pretty vital to the success of it tbh. With regards to buying both, yes you're right, we'd actually need someone who wants to own a football club as they rarely make money, we aren't alone in that.

I honestly do not get what point you are trying to make? Unless you mean someone buying both club and stadium?

If it is a 3rd party then they will be taking rent, matchday revenue and benefitting from the footfall matchdays bring for the other parts of the stadium business. Of course they will value the club

I don't see any advantage of a new independent owner having both teams within the arena .
It would lose any gain's of having the football team being leached away to the rugby operation.
Think when we had one stand open etc.
Playing on the pitch would require more repair/maintenance etc .

I'm fact I wouldn't sign up to play on it if it wasn't sole use.

I think there’s a lot to be said for utilising the bowl more than 23 days a year. But it needs serious investment in the pitch to enable it, maybe some kind of cover or removable segments of pitch, something of that level.

yeah because it's the same as HMRC calling it in to put us into admin isn't it?

In terms of sticking your fingers in your ears and denying there’s any problem at all it’s exactly the same as they do.

If this had been Wasps put under a similar embargo we’d be knee deep in screenshots of your Twitter feed flame warz by now, pwning deluded Wasps fans for likes.

Well you could have said as much!

That will only happen if someone with deep pockets and a linking for a gamble gets involved. They could then use the money generated by the stadium business to try and climb into the Premier League and plug into that cash cow.

Little hope of that happening unless someone like Mike Ashley fancies a project

Different situation now. Far more people engaged in the situation. Cov sitting in a higher league. They won't be able to pull the charm offensive, free ticket bollocks again.

All that aside I just can't see how any new owners would want to keep them here when it's a great chance to reset back in London. Considering they are starting off again in the championship there will be no better time to move back and grow again. Groundshare with a smaller London football club. Makes way more sense than rattling around a stadium with 25000 empty seats
Ahem.
30000.

How much time does the administrator need to get the game on at the cbs, could it not simply be moved to Wednesday?

I'm not sticking my fingers? Come December, I'll bet it's sorted.
