Arena is on the Road to Hell thoughI think you're right. It's coming into that time of year when his royalties start picking up.
'Driving to the CBS Arena for Christmas' isn't as catchy mind.
Just go to the toilet now CD, nothing will be announced for at least another hourHope there's an extension until the WC break
Ooh, I like that as a nickname and he shall be known as such from this day forwards. In my mind it's going to play out in public, Wrestling style and last minute Ashley is going to strut in and tombstone Fisher.

How have they ended up owing loads to Delaware / Compass?
Absolutely. Some on here, who still post, were adamant SISU shouldn't get the stadium as the first thing they'll do is borrow against it. I wonder what Wasps did....
I've now come to the realisation that I'm likely to get very little* work today.
* Any
It's become increasingly obvious day by day that the councils deal with wasps was an absolute disaster for the city and arenaPretty sure the Council also said that's why they didn't want SISU to own it...
Me obviously - NOW IS THE TIME!We all knew there was significant repair work was needed even if it was yet another thing the Wasps supporters kept insisting we had made up.
Anyone bidding is obviously going to factor that in to their offer.
No way Ashley is bidding for the stadium and not considering the football club at the same time. Who is the other bidder besides SISU and NEC?
I mean if we end up with the stadium - do we owe Sepalla and Fisher an apology? Turns out they were right all along
How have they ended up owing loads to Delaware / Compass? Don't they run things themselves? I would have thought they'd take all the money and then pay ACL any share owned.
From all the press releases about record breaking deals it was made to sound like Delaware / Compass were paying ACL significant amounts not the other way round.

W@$ps literally loaded all their debt onto the stadium so they could resurrect so much easier.
W@nkers.

Shouldn’t have got to the point really where ccfc felt they may have to move, duggins was moving heaven and earth to ensure we could playHope there's an extension until the WC break and then they get something a bit longer term sorted while that's going on.
Not necessarily expecting a deal to be completed that quickly but at least get something in place so we're not waiting for confirmation every week that we can actually play.
Shouldn't you be arranging CCFC a hostel in Walsall?

Edited that for you.
Use the Britannia chain a lot, do you?To be fair, the club stays in decent hotels for away fixtures.
Only because I sort them though ;-)
I'M neither A Police Officer or A Councilor but they might think it as defamation and act on it.
The three interested parties specifically mentioned by Gilbert are Sisu, NEC and Ashley. Those 3 will be coming at this from completely different angles. Do they have to make completely independent blind bids or does the Admin process provide scope for those parties to cooperate / join forces in any way?
At this point, I would love us to be owned by Mike Ashley as let's be honest even if he put 5 million in a season it's money we never get to see here anymore ...
Mike Ashley is a positive sign isn't it? Why would he want the stadium without the football club?
I'm the same, although if SISU know Ashley is also bidding for the arena he will want the club too.

Everyone at the game tomorrow in Lonsdale and Slazenger , show him some love
I wouldn't be shocked to see a backhander thrown in... here is a pic of the administrator explaining why they have selected Mike Ashley's bid...The three interested parties specifically mentioned by Gilbert are Sisu, NEC and Ashley. I think sisu will want out of the club anyway if they don't get the stadium
Dilapidation costs will form part the negotiations certainly, will affect size of any offer or its structure. But they don't have to be paid day 1 and could well be programmed over several years
