Am I the only person on here who has ever rented? You can have a good co-operative landlord and you can have a complete dick of a landlord who makes your life as difficult as possible. How can he distress them?
Conversation required for that to happen. Ccc more interested in wasps than us stillWell now the nonsense of a new ground are exposed as - well nonsense
Whatever misgivings there are about Ashley - plenty i am sure - I would think if this goes through they will have little support in the fan base to cling on much longer
Time to get an exit strategy together

Will never know the whole story and sorry if you think I’m talking in riddlesWhy? Come on Pete stop talking in riddles. What’s stopping Sisu from selling up, or investing in the club, or putting a bid in for the arena?
Sorry mate but it seems again the club blaming everyone else for things they’re in complete control over.
I’d have some sympathy if they ever actually bid for the arena.
The whole story what was their co-sponsor willing to invest Pete? Will never know the whole story and sorry if you think I’m talking in riddles

I’m sure the truth will come out. Maybe after the arena takeover and the appeal is heard for their relegationWho says CCC are interested in wasps any more?

They willI don’t think they have appealed have they?
It has not been announced who "bid" has it?

Doesn’t mean we don’t know. The details have been reported in several valid outlets.
It has not been announced who "bid" has it?
NecReally - do tell
Im sure we made a half arsed attempt to
I understand an appeal is in process - blaming COVID
So you don't know?
Sounds to me like a few snakes and lots of laddersWell there’s been no mention of them, and they’ve not said they had which surely you’d want the PR pressure from.
Fact is they’re blowing the best chance in a generation of getting us back to the Prem and being on a sustainable footing.
Maybe it’s all 4D chess, but so far its barely naughts and crosses in terms of results.
So you don't know?
Nec
Ashley and to be fair ccc have landed on their feet if he is going to move significant investment to the city
Would be my guess
Extend it out a bit and they're still up there. Looking at you Putin. The council must be up there with some of the worst in the country.
So you don't know?
So after 291 pages all we know is no one knows anything!Do you?
Clueless.Irrelevant. Those fees can wipe deferred interest out capital loans still remain. Club gets £7 million tv next season. Can look to sell again following season get relegated readjust
We won’t get £20 million anyway
We know Wasps have actually gone into administration although CCFC54321 pretty much implied that 4 years ago at the start of the Wasps Downward Spiral thread. So after 291 pages all we know is no one knows anything!
Yep.So after 291 pages all we know is no one knows anything!

You are a Conservative so you should understand what a conservative estimation is.Cant see Ashley buying the lease for anything close to £25m - the valuation is driven down by the £13m dilapidation requirements
There is some talk of a separate refinance to them which again is on his terms as the preferred bidder. Also they have security over assets with wasps holdings so the trustee can claim secured assets there
Ashley can take considerable time to purchase the football club. In the meantime he gets assured revenue through the clubs sub lease. He would I’m sure not be adverse to wasps playing as well. He will look to maximise revenue through the stadium initially. He can wait years to buy the club if he wants and can wait until it’s value is driven down - he never buys things without looking at profit
