If they had said,“look SISU, we’ve got another option so if you want the Arena stop with the silly shit. The council didn’t. They pretended that they were some kind of Big City business dealers with a secret mission. They are not, they are civil servants with cheap suits at the behest of the taxpayer.

I disagree, that’s down to political choices made as a country. As for Ashley the evidence points to him wanting to set up shop in a particular area and build something long term. If he does then the city as a whole benefits.
