My first boss was on around 100k a year and did absolutely nothing. He would spend most of the day on the Internet and playing online shoot em up games. He is now semi retired in his 40s and living in Portugal. I'm still not sure how he got paid so much or what he did.

We have hastily agreed a rent deal before based on us getting back into the premiership. Didn't benefit us then, why would it now? The long term plan I believe is what TM referred to about TV money. Using the money to build a team and squad. Keeping the club cost efficient and hoping in time for promotion, which in this league with our current fan base is not as difficult it would be in the championship. TM built good teams at WBA and Boro as he pointed out a few still play for the clubs. I think that is the short term plan at least anyway.

Both Wasps and us will gain from us being in the PL. The art is convincing them to assist as best they can in getting us there.
Could be as simple as give us all the football revenues generated on match days, peppercorn rent and access to all additional facilities at cost.
With a guarantee that we will pay 2 mllion rent whilst in the PL.
I don't really know the formula but I do know that in the PL stadium rental and matchday incomes will be a small fry compared to the other incomes/costs.
We do know that advertising on match days is different so advertising for CCFC should be up for grabs.
As I said I'm no expert, but I do believe there are mutual benefits for both teams with us being in the PL.
