Definitely think it’s time to see the return of Kitching and Thomas at CB
More than that, it’s time to decide what our best back 4 is and stick with it even if that means a few mistakes being made along the way. Changing the defence every few games just makes those errors more likely.

Realistically if we want promotion we should be drawing this game minimum, Watford aren’t in a great place atm and don’t exactly have their decent squad of old. I think the fact that a lot of fans are worried about them scoring against our weak midfield/defence shows that most of us are maybe starting to give up hope for promotion this season 😬

Watford have won 3 of their 4 games, and created loads away at Sheff Utd? Why are they not in a great place atm?

With Wright possibly not ready to start after international duty I wonder if we might see Dasilva at left midfield in front of Bidwell like we did a few times last season.

If Saka is injured then EMC might be needed on the right.

It's not what I'd do, but I can imagine Robins going for it.

Can't see us getting anything here

Then we have Swansea at home who let's be honest, we never beat

Then Leeds away

I genuinely can't see us winning any of the next 3

But then again, this is Cov so we will probably win all 3

Not with that attitude we won’t get anything. Time for players to stop feeling sorry for themselves and prove their worth, and for the fans to give them so much backing there is no hint of a lack of support.

Sold out. Looking forward to this one, although I'm not sure why. Piss poor allocation.

In terms of their squad and amount of money the club have, I could be wrong but I’m sure I read somewhere that they’re quite heavily in debt. A lot of pundits had Watford to be down in the bottom quarter of the table this season based on the fact they’ve sold a lot of decent players and bought little quality in. Either way if we were serious about promotion we should be drawing to Watford as a minimum.

Has it been reduced this season?
Sure it used to be more.
I don't usually pay much attention to be honest, but 2000 seemed a little low to me. Thought we always had more than that. I got mine OK, but logged on pretty much straight after 10am yesterday.

Same, mate's in the 1300 category and got sorted. Think it sold out in the 1200s

It was the same last season. Prior to that they gave the whole stand if required but for whatever reason and it's not them selling out they cut the allocation in half. Last season quite a lot of city fans in block SEJ7.
Fair enough. I went last season too and I always thought it was more than that.

Not forgetting Spurs at home in the Cup so perhaps 🤔 the next 4 without a win

When we played there in the Premier League we had the whole end, last game of the season.
1-0 defeat, Helguson for already relegated Watford, our last chance to win an away game which we didn't achieve all season. We were great at home though and its good memories for me as it the first season i started to go to games regularly and there were some really good ones that season.

I remember that game as it was my first ever away game, think I must have been about 10. It was an overhead kick by Helguson.

It was the first season I started to go regularly too. The Arsenal and Chelsea games in particular were great.

Great season for the home fan. Was at both of those games, also watched us spank Bradford, Watford, Sheffield Wednesday and Newcastle all for 4. Baffling we were so shit away, even more baffling how we managed to completely fuck it and get relegated the following season.

I first started going regularly to games in the relegation season. Not that I often saw whole games as my dad was keen on storming out earlier if we were getting tonked.

Enough of square pegs in round holes. In the assumption Wright, Thomas-Asante Lats and Sakamoto aren’t available but Sheaf is id go with;
Dovin
mve. Binks Kitching Bidwell
Eccles. Sheaf Torp
Rudoni
Simms Emc

In my mind, Bassette is left footed, so...

Dovin

MvE
Latibeaudiere
Binks
Da Silva

Eccles
Torp
Rudoni

Bassette
Simms
Wright

Bassette to play like Wright, inverting by default.
