Well, I think that's what the hint is to he honest.

Latibeaudiere has been away, so arrogant Robbings is finally forced into actually playing his best defenders for once.

Oh I see, I didn’t get that from it, but I can see that interpretation now!

I don’t think Lati is great, but he has actually been okay at CB in my opinion.

Can’t say I’m feeling optimistic, we were dismal against Norwich. Biggest problem this season is how easy we are to press. Nunez was always open for a pass for Norwich and they could get up the pitch by playing through him.

In contrast we had Torp and Eccles, neither of whom can receive the ball from the defence correctly. Torp seems to not want the ball, he never calls for it and when he gets it he’ll often just pass it back to where he got it from. He played the whole Norwich game like an NPC. Eccles plays with personality, but he doesn’t have the technical ability or decision making to receive the ball from the defence and move it forwards with purpose.

Our defence has been decent this year, all of our problems stray from our struggle to progress the ball up the field consistently.

Please, please make it stop. I was losing it at the “got off spot free” thread.
Just mean he takes time to get the team going. He will do it based on his record as always, like last year with the 4-2-3-1 switch, league one with the 5-2-2-1 switch or league two with the 4-2-4 switch.

We were good first half against Norwich, but didn’t take our chances.

I have no issue with anything you have said, other than “power for the course”, which has massively upset me.

If we have another poor performance and look clueless tactically. Be frustrated sure, but please can we avoid mass meltdowns.

It’s clearly not ideal, but for whatever reason MR loves a slow start. Yea it’s annoying, but despite that, the year before last we made the play offs and last year we may well have done so again if it wasn’t for our massive lack of depth.

Equally, it all clicks today and without Sheaf/Wright - two of our more important players - and we’re back into making the automatics territory.

Negativity on every thread is tedious. No idea how some of you coped in the L1 relegation season.

I think…
Dovin
MVE Thomas Kitching Dasilva
Eccles Torp
EMC Rudoni BTA
Simms (or maybe The Hound, not sure)

Lati obviously been away with Jamaica recently so likely left out?
Can we please make our minds up - is it Bertie or the Hound ? Personally I quite like the Hound; sounds a bit more threatening than Bertie

Is anyone just all abit over it?

We won’t go up again, we aren’t good enough

We’ll watch Hamer and O’Hare storm the league

we’ll have the same problems as every other year in terms of depth and get some heavy defeats again, with the same spiel shared by Robins after each game

We are miles from being good enough, and it’s not going to be our season again after two close fails.

Watford will probably smash us today and it will be an even bigger meltdown from all on here with increasing pressure on Robins. I can see it now
What was the second close fail?

We didn’t. It was generally accepted it was the end of the club one way or another and we’d probably have to start again from the bottom of the pyramid while Wasps and the council wiped their arses with landfilled CCFC flags.
