But again, I'd say it's not entitlement it's expectations

Expectations created directly from the club, the money spent, the prem packages, the soundbites from both Doug and Robins

And we've manged 1 win out of Oxford, Stoke, Watford, Bristol City and Norwich

We will face a lot better than them 5 over the course of the season.

There are 16-18000 new fans that have brought into it since we fucked Sisu off

They have brought into it off the back of expectation..nowhere to be seen 3 or 4 years ago. That's the issue for me, not entitlement
We're not out of the promotion race though so why the fuck panic? Just drew and should have beat one of the teams near top away from home

.

its a public forum where everyone is free to voice their opinions. No need to criticize fellow posters if you don’t agree or don’t like what I say. I wish the team was as fired up as you to silence their critics.

Still waiting for a complete performance over 90 mins, but it was a little better today than versus Norwich or Stoke or Bristol C for sure. definitely should have scored a second when they were well on top in the first half. Trying to hang onto a slender lead when we haven’t kept a clean sheet in forever is frustrating. Second half belonged to Watford and we should have made changes sooner to stem the flow of attacks on our goal.

Anyway 5 points from 5 games is a poor return no matter how you look at it. They promised us to start fast and lined up all those tough preseason matches, made all those coaching hires, sleep therapist etc. Obviously we as fans would be pumped up and expect more than what we’ve seen so far. Not being able to get a single midfielder either as a perm signing, loan or free agent is another thing that’s exasperating.
Your opinion is based on being a reactionary dick though. Calling Robins average and trying to downplay his achievements is fucking dumb. You deserve Russel Slade and Sisu to be honest

Once more we’ve had an utterly clueless referee. Latibeaudiere now on two bookings, neither of which made any sense, but just bizarre that EMC was penalised for being on the receiving end of a diving header.

Hope it balances out.

first half best we’ve been for some time. rue the missed chances. although every time Watford came forward they looked dangerous as have teams all season against us

backs against the wall at times 2nd half. relieved with the point but 1st half very positive

as for booing the king song. that was silly. I’m not his biggest fan but stupid imo

the ticket fiasco not just for Tottenham but how he’s priced kids and backtracked a few times will haunt him for a while and the lack of transfer activity near the end of the window

I would hate to have the negative mindset of some on here. I feel for those souls, where is the joy in your life,
These are good days in our recent history and we should be embracing this era rather than deconstructing everything to oblivion.
We play Spurs on Wednesday and we should be looking to make it a night to remember but for some its another reason to moan.
Good result today.

They were paying £35 for the Watford game though??

Exactly. That's the sheer irony of it.

There was a bloke in the toilet kicking off about paying £37 because he missed the deadline.

Ironic.

If we actually took one of the many chances, that probing would have had the game wrapped up by half time. Poor finishing and decision making has let Watford off the hook

I thought it was fine in the first half, but I think when the game was turning in Watfords favour in the second half, I felt we were a little naive in committing so many forward at the wrong moments.

But I don’t want to be too hard on them. We played well and it should have been comfortable at half time with better finishing; it’s a different game and result then.

Part of the problem is we’re asking so much of the few central midfielders we do have, they’re going to fall away at some point in the second half. If Eccles is out now for a while, surely we need to add someone to the squad.

difference is you expect that now with league games and the kids were a fiver today

cup games should be cheaper than league games. especially kids prices
They should against lower league sides but against top teams we should maximise profit .
I bet most other teams outside the premier League do the same

afc Wimbledon have a smaller ground so demand would be high and they set prices lower than us for their game against Newcastle

don’t think anyone moaned at the £30 it’s the kids prices which really upset fans. hence why the family stand is empty still

Way to early to decide anything, we've had another shit start which is disappointing, but still plenty of games left to play. We'll get a better idea of where teams will be after 10-15 games.

I paid £35 quid today in a dreadful away end which doesn't serve alcohol and it's borderline dangerous with how small the concourse is.

I'm paying £30 Wednesday to see us against a Europe League side

strange we are 14th then
Not that I think we will be relegated,my thought are today is the turning point where we start to believe but a point a game over 46 games is relegation form. Only 4 teams in last ten years have servived with 46 points or less ,same token 4 teams have been relegated with more points Brum for example 50 points.

They're near the top of the table because they beat Millwall stoke and Derby, that doesn't make them a good team, they are bang average at best.

With the money we've spent, we should be beating teams like Watford if we are serious about challenging for a top 6 spot.

I don't think there's any panic, just a growing realisation that we arnt quite where we need to be.

Let’s be honest if people hadn’t gleefully and openly abused kids tickets for years the club probably wouldn’t be so reticent to price them low.

you now have to show ID to prove an account is legit so why he price them high now knowing all are legit?

Stoke have only beaten us, we have only beaten Oxford and we are Oxford’s only defeat.

how much are AFC Wimbledon tickets normally though? if you look at the percentage increase how does that compare?

also, aren’t the kids prices the same as for a category A game in the league?

I wouldnt know but all I know is they are cheaper than ours both adult and kids and they will have far superior supply and demand for tickets

as for our kids tickets. I have a season ticket with my girl. shes 8 and having to pay £21 for her ticket is ridiculous no matter who we are playing. I paid a fiver for her today
