CCFC is in administration. CCFC has the Golden Licence. Appleton only can decide where we play (open our fixtures). If Appleton allows CCFC to play at Northampton he should remember ACL is a creditor and therefore not show bias by encouraging CCFC to break it's agreement with ACL surely ? :thinking about:

Sisu hold the players we play where they say or they don't put the players on the pitch its that simple Appleton has no players

Given the administrator has agreed the sale of relevant assets to otium, it would be negligent of him to leave the possibility of the club being without a ground once they exit administration.

That would guarantee the club couldn't fulfill its fixtures, guarantee the club would be wiped from the league's records.

The club aren't without a ground, they can play at the Rioch! Maybe PA should have agreed a 1 year deal with ACL on a similar basis to the last 3 games of last season so there is no question of being without a ground or unable to fulfil fixtures.

Is there not a league rule that states you can't enter a groundshare while in admin in which case, as we won't be out of admin at the start of the season, we'll have to start at the Ricoh further weakening Fishers insistence that we can't play there.

Perhaps Gregor doesn't fancy a bunch of footballers kicking his balls hard and fast?

Anyway, all we know is ACL have said they can play there rent free while in admin. No deal's actually been agreed between the 'new' owners and ACL as nobody'll bloody talk to each other, so they can't play at the Ricoh!

Unfortunately, I can only see us starting at Sixfields - would love it to be the Ricoh. Would be shocked if the meeting between the FL and ACL today was anything more than paying lip service to their cause. SISU seem to wriggle and come out on top in everything so far, its very sad but they are used to it, they do this professionally!

PA has already been rebuffed by ACL as broker for a deal, they are sticking to their claim the Golden Egg lies with Ltd. It probably did, but its down to the FL to give it to the company with the player contracts - and these appear to have been transferred over to Holdings at some point after the 2011 accounts. In itself this seems wrong on some level if proved (FL rules / company law?).
