inexplicably I watched some YouTube vid that some Plymouth fans did when they came to the cbs. When we sang WLADITT their comments were “fair play that’s actually really loud”.
I wonder what other fans make of it. Was it the Ipswich fans that tried to drown it out at the start but didn’t have the stamina? Suggested to me a bit begrudging respect.

I think it’s great and long may it continue. Although it would’ve been the shittest ever thing back in our league 2 days!

Well with 10 fans and a dog it would have definitely sounded shit 🤣

Wouldn’t it be better if we started to clap just through the intro and then sang the rest of the lyrics (without clapping)? Thought yesterday was so much better, especially when we carried on singing post kickoff. PUSB

After Wembley, when the song was played in full and I only knew the words to the chorus, I learned them for next time. It was great to carry on to singing the second verse yesterday - it’s the first time I’d done it. I read the message above about holding scarves up and maybe we should do that too - it looks great when Hibs fans do it singing Sunshine on Leith. I hope to be able to belt out all the while song at Wembley soon 🩵

I wasn't sure before about it but the guy next to me held up his scarf throughout We'll Live And Die In These Towns today and it looked really good actually.

Loved the way we carried the song on this afternoon too

I hope we go down this route. More people are putting their scarves up.

I’m very confused (normal due to my age !) but I both clap and sing . Should I not be doing either ??
Go to confession and repent your sins. If you want to clap you go to fester as they issue out aids to help you. You can’t have it both ways end of !

I don’t do either - I’m not a fan of it myself.
Although to be fair I did join in at Wembley and a few times last season.

In those days you were called ‘hardcore’ if you recognised Marc McNulty

People carried it on through the second verse today and that felt and sounded really good. It's our thing, it happened organically, and it sounds great. Knocking it feels a bit wank.

I agree, I actually hate the song but love the bit we have adopted and sing just before the kick off. And I like the way it's the only time we sing it. Maybe needs trotting out again at the start of the 2nd half though.

Have you ever tried to clap continously with 6 fingers? It really hurts and that's why they hand out the clappers

i would like to say that singing and clapping with the banner over our heads is not a good view - can you lot have it behind the goal please ;)

Only seen the banner once and that was when it was in the Higgs Stand or whatever it's called now. We can't see it from Block 17.

Please no!

That will lead to scarfsnobs rolling out the 2005 freebie and looking down upon the youngsters.

Even worse, there will be wankers with half'n'half's.
