I don't think he should be sacked and he deserves time, but I do agree agree with shmmeee's point about hiring a manager with a record of improving teams, which is why I didn't want Lampard in the first place.
The whole point of replacing a manager is to improve results, so it seems odd to then hire a manager who's previous jobs have seen his teams basically stand still with no improvement or even get worse.
He took Derby from 6th to 6th.
He took Chelsea from 3rd to 4th.
He took Everton from 16th to 19th.
It's not exactly the CV of someone known for coming in and improving a team and improving results is it?
Maybe this will be the job he does exactly that, and I really hope it is.
How many is it overall ? Been at work not going back through
I agree with Shmmeee is your mantra on here - which is appropriate as he is a dribbling lunatic
Fuck me , that's an enormous amountThink it's about 5. Certainly not much more.
Happy to be corrected, but I think i've only seen one person actually calling for Lampard to be sacked?
Fair enough.Think Moff and Paxman too now
With over half the season now played and just off the back of a very kind run of fixtures, it seems we are as bad a side as people claim. On technical ability alone it isn't, but if everyone needs to be supremely confident for that to manifest then it's meaningless.Fair enough.
I think sacking Robins was a costly mistake driven by unnecessary panic and pessemism. I think the same thing about Lampard now. We aren't as bad a side as people keep claiming, and far more time needs to be allowed in these situations.
How would you like us to critique our manager without discussing what he’s supposed to be better than? It’s such a bizarre demand. Even if no one mentions Robins he gets brought up by one side or the other.
Fair enough.

Your issue with lampard is that his name isn't Mark robins and you got it in your head king was doing shady deals to get lampard in.My issue with Lampard is he’s never overachieved wherever he’s been he’s done about what you’d expect if not slightly worse. And he’s spent a lot to do that.
We aren’t a rich club, we need a manager who can get more than the sum of our parts and not just be a figurehead.
I agree with this. I don’t want Lampard gone purely because it’s too soon and it would be costly, but not one part of me thinks he’s the right man, there’s just a nagging sense that “this is gonna go badly wrong”- and I desperately hope I’m mistaken.

Because he's still crying on every fucking thread for that exact reason. It's definitely everyone else that keeps bringing up Robins, definitely not you

Least you got a like from ring of steel though, well done.
Yes and I pointed out why he has the issue. It's pretty clear from his posts that his issue is with Lampard, not Robins.
And again with the likes, you're obsessed
