Not my words those of Tony Mowbray a few days ago.

He was also attributed with saying "The Sky Blues boss is looking to draft in six new players before the transfer window closes at the end of the month, including the full quota of loans."

The Football League rules state: "A maximum of 5 loan Players (Standard, International, Emergency or Youth) can be named in the Players listed on a team sheet for any individual match played under the auspices of The League."
I believe the emergency loan window has now been scrapped, so there are no short term loans (except presumably for a Goalkeeper) outside the window. Three players have been signed since that statement, but there is only 12 days of the transfer window left, so next week should be rather busy and it is probable the remaining signings will be loans.
