Good question, what happens next ?
The unsuccessful bidders must have expected this as the likely outcome. Do any of them have a Plan B ? Might any of them be prepared to approach SISU with a bid to buy the whole club? Do any of them have sufficient money to do so? Or do they just accept defeat and melt away ?
What do fans do ? Carry on and intensify the "Not a Penny More" campaign ? What worries me is that SISU will know this will happen, and will have funds set aside to prop up the club until the SISU bowl is built. Do we set up a campaign to delay, sabotage (legally, of course) and generally try to prevent SISU bowl ever being built ?
Is this the time to take the AFC Coventry route ? If this is the way we go, it needs to be properly funded, so that in a few years the new club can rival SISU FC and hopefully return to the Ricoh.
Initially, I would like to hear from the other interested parties, but apart from that, there is plenty to think about.
