Guessing they haven't released the chunks that normal come available around the dougouts (think it's where the friends and family tickets are) and a few normally pop up next to the away fans?

They were on sale a while back and have sold. Same with the Middlesborough game.

No way of getting up there without going through hospitality they are looking at it

There must be a temp fix for the final two matches. Additional staff to check ticket/access levels and police it. The big issue I can think of is where these "seat only" ticket holders could go for refreshments, but again I think with a bit of will/brain power that could be resolved in a temp fashion.

Nice!! Means we'll go round saying it's a sell out and then have all the baggies fans posting pictures of corporate saying 'This is what Cov call a sell out'.

Really need to do something about it. My suggestion, I've thought of for all of 2 minutes, is to offer season tickets up there, for 1/4 of the seats, that are around £800 but you can access all the facilities without the meals and after game speakers. I'm certain we'll have fans that'll pay £300 more to use a nice toilet and be able to get a pint in 2 minutes.

It looks terrible when empty, needs a total redesign

Few more chunks released now. I really dont understand the reasoning behind not releasing all tickets and drip feeding little pockets.

I don’t disagree but there may be rules about toilets or other h and s that require certificates and stuff

When there's been non-CCFC events that claim a sell out have they had a full balcony? Is it just because of hospitality?

There's got to be a fix for this. Insane that we have sold out games and empty seats we can't put on sale.

Think it’s about exactly what you’re talking about
These are extra seats that they are working on adding within the existing safety certificate

It is the hospitality in the last forum the club suggested that the figures allowed in the rooms was if there was nothing else in there no chairs or tables or food and drink
The issue would be getting people to the seats without going through the rooms
Don’t think there’s a solution other than agreeing a few more each time

Does that mean its essentially a club decision to sell less seats? As in do they have the option to not have the street bar or whatever its called up there and use all the seats but they've decided the extra revenue from hospitality packages is the priority?

I think that’s a fair assumption to maximise the revenue
Good shout that thoughh
1400 x £45 as opposed to 650 at £80

£63000 as opposed to £52000

And the £52k would be with no outlay but only if you sell out

Got me thinking

£80 plus VAT in the grand scheme of things these days isn’t that bad a price for many people. You can have a good meal with wine at a Miller and Carter and it will cost you upwards of £150 🤷‍♂️
Easter treat for couples perhaps?

When I saw the Monkeys at the CBS the balcony was rammed. Only one little section blocked off because it was behind the stage.

Like others have said. Offer a £60 seat but with no access to the hospitality food/drink.

It's the same with the segregation. Last night at Hull was so well organised. Two small barriers with a steward in the middle. No seats left empty and no opportunity for fans to cause problems.

Unfortunately we'll have half of Block 9 and Block 5 closed Saturday because of fears from the SAG despite almost no trouble this season.

Sell a "balcony seat only" option cheaper Dougie. Probably a couple of hundred unsold up there.
For next year, if they want to sell more tickets in the balcony which can't be filled because of hospitality.

Here's an idea:

Move the Press Box (Sorry Oggy, Clive & Rob) up to the balcony and turn that area into normal seating, I think it woild hold another 400+ seats.

I think they should build some platforms for TV cameras in that stand which would show the crowd and atmosphere better.

They can still have a camera on the other side to see the benches.

All it requires is a different colour wrist band - a bit like being all-inclusive on holiday. Not that difficult.
