City got promoted as Champions, and I had my 66th birthday on Friday. The topper of it all was yesterday when the family came over and we socially distanced a celebration and my 2 sons and my wife unveiled the pressies for me...................... a programme from Boxing Day 1960 v Notts County, my first remembered game, a 1987 programme v Spurs from October 14th and Hummel home shirt from the same period, 87/89 without the Granada logo. I feel blessed to have a family like mine.

Turned 53 on Thursday (June 11th) m8

Shared a 28” pizza & birthday cake with Mrs. usskyblue, our 2 Daughters and 3 Grandchildren...

I share the same day as you but am only a youngster of 60 this time round.
Family are spread far and wide so full celebrations are on hold until such time as we can do it properly. Just sitting here reflecting on a fantastic last few days with a couple of bottles of Taylor's vintage port and toasting the second championship in my memory.
Our youngest turns 12 this Wednesday so of course the attention is and will be fully on him.

Mine was the opposite. It was 10 days ago, I was 67 and didn't receive a single card! Not even a phone call or text message. A couple of bits on Facebook, and that was it. Ah well. Families, eh? :emoji_laughing: :emoji_laughing: :emoji_laughing:
