Slaves played Godiva back in 2015 one of the best gigs at Godiva i have seen over all the years i have been going . Only just found out they changed there name on Sunday when my mate mention it to me.
I think I'd seen them on Soccer Am and said to the Missus we should go and watch them rather than (I think) Example.

Went in and they were class, one of those unexpected gigs that lives long in the memory. They were raw and loud and had such an energy about them.

might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I think this is a belter

It's got a feel of something out of Louisiana, deffo heard that style before Daz just can't put a name to it maybe creole music, funny how it's similar sounding but diverse as hell in reality!

I'm listening to the wife rabbiting on about us needing some new curtains.

I'm pretending to be listening with the occasional "Yes dear".

Always been a fan of Frank Zappa...not everyone's taste for sure.
Saw Led Zeppelin live (like forever ago) and wasn't keen tbh.
But I love Frank's version of this song....bit of a piss take but brilliant musicianship and performed live.

God the team are good here, the drums are set just like how the brilliant Copeland had them set up!

I'm a huge fan of David Gray. I blast his stuff out in my car and listen through my cans when on here. Very under-rated talent!
