No club does that. Money has to be spent on player's wages, rent of the ground, electricity bills, even things like the players kits and laundry, a hundred and one things that are required to run a football club. You can't just spend all the income to sign star players. I'd go along with dropping the lawsuits but as for the allocation of income, I doubt whether the current income covers the expenses.
