What does anyone think about getting Carsley back

Apparently Carsley is still at the Club coaching the U-18's I think. Don't know if he has still got a player's licence. What about playing him even if only on a temporary basis, he is very experienced and would help the younger players, and would fill the gap in midfield, even if he is a very similar player to Sammy. Just look what Dennis Wise and Don Hutchinson did for us. Just a thought:thinking about:

I'm just waiting for him to be takeover manager if thorny ever gets the boot.

i would imagine he would want paying a lot more as a player than as U18s coach.

An option, but would he be any where fit enough to play at full pelt for even a half??
Wouldn't want to see him have a cardiac in the centre circle.

I think he's moved on from that now, he picked up too many injuries and was intent on becoming a coach and taking that route.

Saw an article where he said he was eager to play still either at a higher or lower league but that coaching is also something that interests him. So I wouldn't rule him out! He strikes me as the kind of person that just loves the game. Lets face it we need any players we can get.

Not Oggy... We've got more keepers available than strikers ATM! Although he may be viable to fill in a Plattini role... More effectively too no doubt!

The difference being Hutchison and Wise were talented.
